I’m giving this 2 stars because, while I did pass my driving test in the end, it was not because of the training I received here. Throughout my time with the program, I had a different instructor nearly every session, and none of them seemed to have any real understanding of my current skill level or progress. This inconsistency made it difficult to build confidence or feel like I was improving. We were also promised a full practice test during the final hour of driving, but that never happened — which was disappointing and made me feel unprepared for what the actual test would be like. The classroom instruction was helpful for the most part, but there were several sections that felt unnecessary and not directly related to the skills or knowledge needed to pass the exam. During the behind-the-wheel sessions, I often noticed the instructors would be distracted — answering phone calls, looking down at their devices, or focusing on things other than my driving. That left me without the active guidance and feedback I was expecting and paying for. To be fair, everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and understanding, and I appreciated that. However, the quality of instruction just wasn’t where it needed to be. If it hadn’t been for the extra practice I received with my family outside of the program, I’m confident I wouldn’t have passed the test. I would recommend looking elsewhere or supplementing their lessons heavily if you want to feel truly prepared. Read Less

I was afraid to learn to drive almost 30 and not driving l wanted to but was stuck in my head and afraid even family was afraid to teach me so I called and booked my appointment. My trainer was Mr Walter and to say he was excellent would’ve been an understatement. In order for my physical growth i needed to rid myself of the cage I was in mentally and he did just that, though blunt he was blatantly honest and as such exceptionally great.
