The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm....
The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm. (first of all, that's 2 business days not one) I received it Tuesday at 8pm. It was my fault for waiting that long but they definitely should have put that on the website.
My class was great. Yolanda Ford was my instructor and although it was long she made it really fun.

My son and I both used this company in the past. So taking my daughter was a no brainer, or so I thought. It's been a terrible experience so far and mostly because my daughter hasn't even been able to get in the d$&? Class! There used to be an older white lady whom worked here, she wasn't very personable but she was organized explained absolutely everything and made sure the tasks associated with getting persons into class was completed. I don't know if the new confusion is caused by the change to Virtual Classrooms but this ordeal has me heated 🤬.

I took the 6 hours + onsite road test, in the beginning the communication wasn't good at all. After complete the payment i received an email with the recipe, but it didn't have any information about...
I took the 6 hours + onsite road test, in the beginning the communication wasn't good at all. After complete the payment i received an email with the recipe, but it didn't have any information about the next step, I decided to wait a couple hours so I will get another email o maybe a call form the school but nothing happen.
Next day I called the school and nobody pick up the phone, I had to call 3 more locations until finally I got somebody on the line. All that she said was 'You will get an email in between 24 and 48 hours after your purchase with link to schedule the classes'.
After 3 days, ONCE again, I did not receive the email, so i called them again, finally I got the email with the link to schedule the classes.
After all that everything was perfect, I was really lucky to have as an instructor, Lynea Laws, she was amazing, 100% recommended. Week later, I scheduled my road test, I got my certificated right away, went to the DDS and got my DL. (Easy process and you learn a lot)

Contrary to my initial thoughts about the class the time actually flew by. Our instructor, Joel, was well prepared, you can tell he taught the class a few times, and very engaging with the class. Everyone seemed to want to join in with the discussions. I would definitely recommend the course and will probably take it again to help out with my insurance premiums in the future.

No wonder why all reviews are negatives. this place will suck you money and leave you to dry. Helping their customers is the least of their worries. One of the instructors is rude and impatient. She expect you to be a Savvy driver. And if you make a mistake, she start yelling at you. Don't recommend it period . I recommend finding another driving school

I took classes about 3 months ago, paid for 3 lessons but only took 2. My appointments were given for a month later. The teacher I got was nice and helpful, but would cancel on me or was late. So I took a lesson one day and got my next lesson the next day and I never took my third because they scheduled it for like 2 weeks later! So I got a refund for the third lesson. Not good, I needed constant lessons. Giving it 3 stars because I did get some on the road experience.

The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm. (first of all, that's 2 business days not one) I received it Tuesday at 8pm. It was my fault for waiting that long but they definitely should have put that on the website.
My class was great. Yolanda Ford was my instructor and although it was long she made it really fun.

My son and I both used this company in the past. So taking my daughter was a no brainer, or so I thought. It's been a terrible experience so far and mostly because my daughter hasn't even been able to get in the d$&? Class! After complete the payment i received an email with the recipe, but it didn't have any information about the next step, I decided to wait a couple hours so I will get another email o maybe a call form the school but nothing happen.

Contrary to my initial thoughts about the class the time actually flew by. Our instructor, Joel, was well prepared, you can tell he taught the class a few times, and very engaging with the class. Everyone seemed to want to join in with the discussions. I would definitely recommend the course and will probably take it again to help out with my insurance premiums in the future.

She expect you to be a Savvy driver. And if you make a mistake, she start yelling at you. Don't recommend it period . I recommend finding another driving school
