I was referred to Mr. Hayes by my boss. After a few attempts to call him, he finally reached out and came by to meet us and collect payment. We were supposed to start the following Thursday. He texted on the Wednesday before saying that he couldn’t make it that day and we were not even scheduled! He showed up on Thursday and said he would be taking her out on Friday, but didn’t. I didn’t hear from him the following week and reached out to him to see when he would take her out again. No response. This sporadic behavior was unacceptable and this is how he conducted business the entire time. I would call or text and not hear anything until I had my husband call. Then, it was nothing but excuses. On one of her last lessons, he was supposed to come at 10:30 and didn’t bother to call. It was 12 before I heard back and that was after I had texted and called a few times. I wanted to have extra lessons for her upon starting, but was not afforded the opportunity. Needless to say, she barely passed her test and I am now teaching her myself, something I could have done from the beginning. He’s a nice guy, but has some issues going on. Lacks professionalism and communication. I scheduled days ahead of time and paid for the days we were scheduled to meet and he never held his part of the agreement.
