I would give them a 0 if I could. Very unprofessional. Paid and scheduled a class 2 weeks in advance. Was told a link would be received prior to class start time. No link was ever received after leaving multiple messages and text messages they answered a call from a different number. They said they did not have enough people to have the class. They never once attempted to tell us there was an issue. It was us who had to reach out to them. This is why it is so hard to do business with black owned companies. Don’t use them go to another school. They are not professional. I honestly believe they are a scam.

Poor service , nobody never answers the phone. I go try and pick up my certificate twice the sign says open and I ring the doorbell and nobody never answer. Been trying for a month

Got my evaluation done here and was recommended to take an addiction class even though there was absolutely no reasoning for it. My PO also agreed. Stay away from this place, they just want your money...

If I could give less stars, I would. I had an evaluation performed here. On the day of the evaluation, I was told the fee would be $25 more than what I was told the day before on the phone. I did not ...
If I could give less stars, I would. I had an evaluation performed here. On the day of the evaluation, I was told the fee would be $25 more than what I was told the day before on the phone. I did not pay the extra part of the fee. Then, I had to wait over a month for everything to be put together and sent to the office it needed to go to. There would always be an excuse, and the person I dealt with was very hard to get in touch with. Please consider going elsewhere, this business does not deserve your money.
