We had a fantastic time, and it was an excellent experience for my kids to obtain their driver’s licenses. They were thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Despite the employees’ nonchalant demeanor and apparent disinterest in their work, as they were engrossed in their phones and other activities, the overall experience was positive.

As a father committed to securing safe and inclusive environments for my family, I offer this reflection on our experience at Tiny Town. The facility demonstrates a clear and consistent commitment to children on the spectrum through its intentional design and professional care.
Tiny Town maintains a notably safe and well-supervised environment. Sensory-friendly play areas, measured lighting, and designated quiet zones allow children to engage comfortably and at their own pace, minimizing overstimulation while encouraging positive interaction. The overall cleanliness, structure, and attentive oversight provide parents with genuine peace of mind, creating a space where children can explore, develop, and enjoy themselves without unnecessary barriers.
Under the capable leadership of supervisor Mo, the staff — Allisson, Tiana, Angely, Anderson, Hasani, Oscar, Jayson, and Charbel — consistently exhibit professionalism, patience, and a deep understanding of individual needs. Their responsive and respectful approach ensures that every child feels supported and included throughout their visit.
Our family holds Tiny Town in high regard. It has become a valued destination where my daughter can participate fully and joyfully. The sense of security and care we experienced there is rare and deeply appreciated.
I recommend Tiny Town without reservation to other families seeking high-quality, inclusive recreational opportunities. In the ongoing work of building stability and opportunity for our children, establishments that prioritize thoughtful inclusion deserve recognition and support.

We had a wonderful time at Tiny Towne! The play area was clean, well-maintained, and a lot of fun for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The food was surprisingly delicious—I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this good! The loaded fries were especially tasty and a big hit with our family. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We threw my child a birthday party at Tiny Towne and the experience was excellent. It was easy to book the party and coordinate all the logistics.
The team assigned us a person who helped us the entire time we were there.
They helped set up the children’s table and took care to bring all of our food and drinks.
The food itself was delicious. I highly recommend adding the chicken tenders to the order. All of the grownups really enjoyed the food along with the kids.
The children played for a long time in the little car area and the arcade and they had giggles and laughter. They had a special parade to gather all of the children mid way through the party and they rode the train and the birthday boy got to ride on the police golf cart and they all were so excited and it was a good way for everyone to gather before going to the party space to eat and have cake.

Good place. Some of the workers don’t seem to be too excited. But, it’s a busy place with tons of kids. All in all, their great people.
My only concern is the fact that they don’t have any security for the Entrance/Exit doors. Kids could easily get kidnapped here because parents let their kids run around and it’s easy for someone to walk in there- grab a kid, and walk out. They really need to implement a method to keep these kids safe! Maybe put stamps on hands like Chuck E Cheese does and monitor their doors better.

This was a horrible experience for me. As a law enforcement officer I spend my off days with my children to ensure they have a good time sadly this was not the case with Tiny Towne. I took my son there who played in the arcade and won over 600 tickets from one game. When he went to the register to check his balance he only had 100 tickets. I spoke to a manager about the situation and he told me he could only refund the credits but he can’t do nothing about he tickets because he’s played the game many times and it has always rewarded the correct amount of tickets. I tried explaining to him that my son just wants the tickets because he doesn’t want to continue to play games if he’s not going to be rewarded for the work he’s doing however the manager didn’t care. He doesn’t understand the joy my son had when he thought he was winning all those tickets and now you’re telling him sorry I now the machine told you one thing but try again. My son almost cried so I just left. Tiny Towne will not be getting my business anymore.

Wow is my only words to describe my experience at Tiny Towne. My daughter had her 5th Birthday Celebration and it was amazing the staff was awesome and the host who helped me set up and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was Great Pizza Fruit Tray Fries Chicken Tenders. The owner Pier (May be spelling his name wrong) is nothing less than amazing he was so kind and made sure my experience was Great. I would definitely recommend tiny Towne to others and will be having more celebrations at Tiny Towne. Thank You guys for making my daughter party Magical🦄🤩🦄

Both of my boys 12 & 8 has a great time today! Everyone was super helpful and very nice. My 12 yr old started off a little nervous but by the time we left he was doing fantastic! He even leveled up a few times. We will definitely be back! My 8 yr old has started planning his 9th birthday party and can’t wait to drive the smart cars! 👍🏼

The visit was okay, attempted to book birthday party, no one called back. I had to visit the location and then t Ct a different number. Onsite I was told one price when I called I was quoted a much much higher price. Not a good look at all. Wouldn't book a 12 person party for $405 at this place not enough for kids to do for that price..

I have been here many times in the past and ALWAYS had the best experience. Last week I met a group of friends there for the kids to play. It was very busy with several field trips and I definitely understand and could see the staff were doing to best they could to get the lines moving and offering train rides more often to help relieve the lines. We decided to eat lunch while we were there. There were maybe 6 people ahead of us ordering so we didn't think a KIDS establishment with easy to cook food items would have taken so long. We ordered 2 hotdogs, fries and chicken fingers and it took over 45 minutes to receive our food. After about 30 minutes we asked if it normally took this long and Josh (the manager) shrugged his shoulders and said we are busy and walked off. Most of the staff in the kitchen were standing around. I asked a lady (Samar) near by who also worked there if I could speak to the manager and she pointed to Josh. I couldn't believe a MANAGER would react this way to PAYING costumers. Samar came by our table later and made sure we had everything we needed and gave the kids a credit on their card for next time to make up for our bad experience. I really hope the next time we go back it will be as wonderful as the times before.

Prices were as expected , but the facility is highly unorganized and under serviced. A handful of carts were down which added to wait time. A lot of the bigger, more entertaining arcade games were down, two more stopped while we were there. The staff seems anoyed and impatient with questions. It was nice that there was no line at the food counter , however 30 minutes for cheese sticks seemed excessive. The monotony of the job for the cart and track managing folks seems to take its toll as they were rude and irritable. ( maybe cycle them through other tasks around the building)
I would recommend Stars and Strikes over this place, it's about the same price but customer service is top notch and the machines are rarely down.

This is the neatest little place. A simulated town where kids get licenses and drive little cars while learning the rules of the road. We watched the "cops" pulling kids over with pure whimsy. They even have a judge that can revoke their privileges. The place is surprisingly large and reasonably priced. My daughter had a blast. We had to drag her out of the place.

We threw my child a birthday party at Tiny Towne and the experience was excellent. It was easy to book the party and coordinate all the logistics.
The team assigned us a person who helped us the entire time we were there.
They helped set up the children’s table and took care to bring all of our food and drinks.

My only concern is the fact that they don’t have any security for the Entrance/Exit doors. This was a horrible experience for me. As a law enforcement officer I spend my off days with my children to ensure they have a good time sadly this was not the case with Tiny Towne. Wow is my only words to describe my experience at Tiny Towne. My daughter had her 5th Birthday Celebration and it was amazing the staff was awesome and the host who helped me set up and made sure we had everything we needed. Prices were as expected , but the facility is highly unorganized and under serviced. A handful of carts were down which added to wait time. A lot of the bigger, more entertaining arcade games were down, two more stopped while we were there. The staff seems anoyed and impatient with questions. This is the neatest little place. A simulated town where kids get licenses and drive little cars while learning the rules of the road. We watched the "cops" pulling kids over with pure whimsy. They even have a judge that can revoke their privileges. The place is surprisingly large and reasonably priced. My daughter had a blast. We had to drag her out of the place.
