My son said the driver was nice. Only complaint, I ask him to wear a mask he said that if he hadn't caught Covid19 yet then he will not be catching it. I had my son wear two mask sadly we will not be going back because I specifically ask the lady who took my money did the driver wear a mask and she said yes. Our twins took the classroom portion their first week of summer vacation.  Then they did the on-the-road part with their driving instructor on 2 separate days.  Fortunately, they were able to schedule us in consecutive 3-hr blocks on both days, which made things go much smoother.  They both completed the entire course (including the driving test at the school) in only 3 weeks and received their licenses in the mail by the middle of July with more than a week left to apply for a school parking decal at Etowah.  I booked this class for them over the phone about 6 weeks before it started.  The next afternoon I took them to the school so we could complete the required paperwork and I paid the entire $900 (for two) at that time.  If you want to be sure your child has a place secured in class, I suggest you do the same.  No business wants to give a $450 refund because of a "full class".  The people here are nice and they genuinely care about making sure they release capable teenage drivers out on the road.  We should all be thankful for that... Horrible experience here. I signed my daughter up for driving school here on a Saturday to start 2 Monday's out. On the Friday before she was scheduled to start the new driver school I get a call from the lady who runs the school who let me know that the class was already booked, not sure why her dad signed me up. I asked why she was just getting back to me on the Friday afternoon before the class and her excuse was that she is busy. These people are unbelievably disorganized. I recommend that you take your business someplace else. Avoid the hassle and the frustration of having to reschedule somewhere else later! Read Less

I'm not sure if they have other instructors, but when I did a week of drivers ed here, the woman who taught me was an absolute nightmare of a human being. She spent an inordinate amount of time complaining about how much worse 'kids these days' are than her generation. A lot of the things she said we're simply incorrect, and easily proven wrong, but God help the poor soul that tries to point that out. Read Less

Just passed my road test. It is such a big relief for me. Coz the first time my husband took me to the raod test, it was a mess and i failed. My instructor Sandy really helped me a lot. She was very kind considerate and experienced. She not only improved my driving skills but also help me to well prepared and be relaxed for the test. And she won't get you to have more lessons if you do not need to. She was really there to help. A great lady. I feel so lucky to have her help. Read Less

I went here for the risk reduction course couldn't have been more happier with the experience and the valuable information i learned in 20 hours i was here. instructor osa, gene and jenna will go above and beyond to help you get thru this. very professional, fair, and HONEST compared to a lot of the other choices that are out there to take this kind of course i would highly recommend them if you are looking at this to take your course here!!Read Less

I went to South Cherokee for the Risk Reduction Program and was not expecting to get anything out of it and just get by, but it was a very good experience. Not only did I learn a lot about subjects I thought I understood, but the instructor, Osa Martens, was one of the greatest people I have ever met. She was very insightful as well as sweet and understanding. You can tell she is very passionate about helping others. The information I learned from her will stick with me and sure as hell keep me from getting in to any kind of trouble again, not that I wouldn't take the class again ; ) ! Although I am not glad I was required to take the class, I am glad I did.Read Less
