We had a great experience with Rocky Road for our 14 year old to get his permit. Sign up was straightforward and all the details and steps were explained on their website and via email. They also kept us updated each step of the way so we knew what to expect. Scheduling for behind the wheel was easy via text, and the instructor was kid friendly and very calm! My son learned a lot and had a positive experience. They made the process easy for a parent.

We were very impressed with our experience with Rocky Road. Our first driver in the family and everything was very smooth. The online course was convenient and super informational! We liked the projects because it required more investment than just listening to videos and answering questions.
Our in car instructor Raegan was patient, efficient, and thorough. Our teen felt very comfortable with her in the car. She was also a great coach for me as a parent during the ride along. She set a great tone for our supervised hours moving forward. She answered all our questions about next steps too. We felt like she went above and beyond in her role. Thanks for the smooth process for the hopefully NOT rocky road ahead…. :)

My son enjoyed the online classes. Having a real teacher in the videos was much more personal feeling than the driving school my oldest used. The instructor for the in-person driving lessons was kind and professional and understanding about those first time jitters new drivers get. She is a high school teacher, so is great with that age group. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this school to others. They do have a limited pick up/drop off area, so it may be less convenient depending on where in the Valley you live. For us, it was great.

We were very pleased with our overall experience at Rocky Road Driving School. My son Jacob really appreciated that the online portion was self-paced, and he learned a great deal from it. The 6-hour behind-the-wheel training was excellent—his instructor, Leidis, was patient, understanding, and nurturing throughout his driving sessions. We would highly recommend both Leidis and the school!

This is a pretty great driving school! We couldn't have asked for a better instructor, Allison Tilden made my daughter's learn experience a remarkable one! Because of my experience I will definitely be using Rocky Road and hopefully Allison for my other three children when they are ready to learn.

For anyone who has a child that is both nervous and excited about taking Drivers education then Rocky Road Driving School is the right choice for you. This is the very first review I have ever written in my life and felt compelled to do so because of the absolutely amazing experience we had with Mr Woods. He made our son feel comfortable and calm while also making him have lots of fun during the whole process. His enthusiasm is contagious and his approach to relating to the teenagers while teaching them is amazing. Our son will always be able to look back on his drivers education experience with only the fondest memories and that is priceless to us. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a great experience with Rocky Road for our 14 year old to get his permit. Sign up was straightforward and all the details and steps were explained on their website and via email. They also kept us updated each step of the way so we knew what to expect. Scheduling for behind the wheel was easy via text, and the instructor was kid friendly and very calm! My son learned a lot and had a positive experience. They made the process easy for a parent.

We were very impressed with our experience with Rocky Road. Our first driver in the family and everything was very smooth. The online course was convenient and super informational! We liked the projects because it required more investment than just listening to videos and answering questions.

This is a pretty great driving school! We couldn't have asked for a better instructor, Allison Tilden made my daughter's learn experience a remarkable one! Because of my experience I will definitely be using Rocky Road and hopefully Allison for my other three children when they are ready to learn.

For anyone who has a child that is both nervous and excited about taking Drivers education then Rocky Road Driving School is the right choice for you. This is the very first review I have ever written in my life and felt compelled to do so because of the absolutely amazing experience we had with Mr Woods. He made our son feel comfortable and calm while also making him have lots of fun during the whole process. His enthusiasm is contagious and his approach to relating to the teenagers while teaching them is amazing. Our son will always be able to look back on his drivers education experience with only the fondest memories and that is priceless to us. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!
