I had a terrible experience at A-Adams. The teachers were often ill-hearted and miserable. When it came to my driving lessons the instructors were often extremely rude and did not know how to act or teach correctly during the lesson. This caused me to become stressed and drive worse during the lesson from the instructor constantly contradicting himself as well as teaching me less than safe driving habits such as you never use the brake when coming to a stop (This is something he actually said). When I wanted to stop the driving lessons with them because of this they began charging my family for it. If I could give fewer stars I would, if you want the roads and your children to be safer do not send your A-Adams, in fact, stay far away so they can’t influence them at all. Read Less

Took my son here for drivers ed classes.  Very unhappy with the instructor.  He was late to class once, but late for the driving instruction almost every single time - and I mean 30 minutes or more late.  He couldn't find our house!  There is such a thing as GPS these days.  Anyway, my son had to make up two classes due to schedule conflicts.  He did those classes at the Arlington Heights North location.   Not only was the instructor a million times better - he had a real framework for the kids with class materials, something the other instructor did not, but the location was night and day.  The South location is freezing cold and my son said there was no bathroom available.  The North location was very nice. If I had known the difference I would have driven the extra 30 min to the other location - or just signed up for classes through another company.  I would say if you intend to use this company DO NOT do it through the North location.
