Today is my daughter’s 16th birthday and we were able to go to the DMV and get her license with no issues. We did pay extra for her to take the driving test with Mrs. McCoy and it was worth every penny so she did not have to take the driving test with a stranger.
The class was very informative and I feel like my daughter was very aware of all rules and regulations. We did practice driving a lot before she went for her in person driving lessons. The availability can be limited, but we did not have any problem scheduling her four diving slots months before her birthday. You just have to be willing to sign on when lessons are first released for the following month.
I also had zero problems with communication. Whenever I called a delightful young lady named Stephanie answered and promptly got back to me to answer my questions. She even called the state for us today as we were told (incorrectly) by the DMV employee that we were missing a piece of documentation.
Overall, if you have a student that school district Driver’s ed doesn’t suit your schedule, this is well worth the money. I felt that the course and communication was excellent and I have a safe driver to show for it!

Inexcusably Limited availability of drives for student still in school. No refund policy despite the lack of reasonable availability. Difficult to contact and poor responsiveness. This is not worth the cost for what service is provided. I would advise going elsewhere if you have any choice. Our son had to go somewhere else to get his driving portion of training and after months of attempting to communicate we were denied a refund. Complete waste of $.

The price was not an issue. The issues with this company are poor communication- little to none- instructions CLEAR AS MUD on what your action items are to be completed.
Called today to ask about what I am supposed to submit to be able to get my daughters permit. The lady ran around the question on circles to still never answer my question. Total waste of money. Send your kids to the school district programs. They are not helpful at resolving issues quickly.

First problem I had was that the paperwork for my son to get his permit was filled out by the instructor incorrectly and we turned away from the DMV on our first attempt. This is a problem because during the pandemic the wait times was 2 hours in the heat only to be told the paperwork was useless. The other issue is that they never have drive times available for their students to finish the course. Lastly if you are expecting anyone to get back to you or answer your questions you are better off finding a different company. Currently I am ready to demand a refund if they cannot find time to get my son the behind the wheel portion of the class yet they have no problems continuing to enroll new students to not have time for.

The teaching was great but the customer service was abismal. Scheduling the required drives was a nightmare and nearly impossible. Not only was it difficultly to schedule a drive but it took a harsh phone call to get my son to his scheduled drives. Would not recommend going here for drivers ed due to the ladder part of my review.

Today is my daughter’s 16th birthday and we were able to go to the DMV and get her license with no issues. We did pay extra for her to take the driving test with Mrs. McCoy and it was worth every penny so she did not have to take the driving test with a stranger.
