We paid for the 6 hour adult online class but we’re unable to access the class. I made several calls to get help and get no response. I have also sent a text message and get no response. We would like to get access to the class or receive a refund. Update - after numerous calls I sent another text message and two minutes later got a response. My text message said that I would like a refund. This entire experience was very unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist me with getting access to the course my calls were ignored. So without explanation after my request for refund, I got a response saying that I would get a refund and that it had been processed that same day. I would not use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. The company is listed on the Illinois Secretary of State, DMV as one of the companies offering the adult driving course.
