Wish I could give less than 1 star I took the classes and did 2 hours of observation and twenty minutes of driving before we got into an accident where someone hit us while I was driving no one from their company had even attempted to reach out to my parent about the crash the instructor took me and another persons kid back to a different location than where we started the drive and when confronted about it I got kicked out of the class because my parent thought i could have gotten I trouble and was upset that I had to notify them and they taught us to go away from a crime scene of the crash that the school did nothing and now I'm 16 and I have to go to another school to get my on the road hours for my license

Took my course online and it was very professional in my experience. I learned a lot in the course too, they teach u a lot so u can become a professional driver. I feel so ready to take my test and driving test. 6 hour course but really worth it.

Horrible customer service. If you're going to be answering calls from people every other day as your full time you'd expect them to be polite and patient but that's not the case here. I've called a co...
Horrible customer service. If you're going to be answering calls from people every other day as your full time you'd expect them to be polite and patient but that's not the case here. I've called a couple of times to ask some questions about their services and every single time the same woman answers. I haven't given her a single reason to get upset with me and its not the first time she's disrespectful to customers on the phone. I've had other friends and even my own mother call and ask questions about their services and they've been cut off as well. By the way, laughing at the client about a question they genuinely wanted to know (because in your perspective its so obvious) and making them seem like they're the stupid ones isn't going to get you no where. Oh, and don't bother waiting for them to return your call, its a miracle if it does. Hope this helps anyone :)

They are rude, disorganized, and irresponsible. The employee answering phones has been rude every time to have tried to call, when she answers. I paid in full, my son took and passed all of his classes, and when I called to set up driving time they told me none of the paperwork I sent in March got to them. They were just going to let my son finish the classes but be unable to complete the course. No communication whatsoever. I tried to turn in all the paperwork a second time and they refused to accept any of it. When I tried to contact the owner to resolve the issue she did nothing but yell AT US and blame us for her employee's perpetual attitude. Disgraceful and a SCAM! They just want their money and could care less if your child actually succeeds in their program.

Never ever will they ever answer their phone or return phone calls. I would never send my kid there.
