We had a HORRIBLE experience with Midwest Five Star Driving School (aka Midwest Five Star Driving School - Woodstock aka Midwest Five Star Driving School - McHenry.) I have NEVER been so disappointed in a business ever. To embarrass the students by sharing private information in front of the whole class (which Jeff did by asking a student, who failed a written test, to raise her hand, who already didn't want to be there, and was embarrassed enough - in the reasoning of "if you fail you have to come back - don't fail" - my daughter was embarrassed for her), to teach them about drugs beyond what was technically necessary and had nothing to do with the driving teaching, to yell at the customer and not listen to the concern of the parent (I preferred NOT to have the male teacher be alone in the car with my daughter on drives, and I wanted to sit in the back of the class room for a few days to make sure we were comfortable with the class) was such a disheartening experience.
