While signing my son up for classes, I had multiple questions as we are new to the state and this is our first driver. Angela returned my call right away and was very helpful and polite in making myself and son feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and said never to hesitate to ask if more should arise.

I have nothing but nice things to say about EDS Driving School. My son just finished his classes and he really liked his instructors. When I called the office my questions were always answered and they were very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend EDS Driving School.

Classroom instruction was "just all right" according to my son. It never lasted the full 2 hours and as the course went on it ended earlier and earlier, often leaving many students waiting for their pickups.
What is more frustrating, however, is an apparent shortage of behind the wheel instructors. Having completed the classroom portion we were eager to get to the real thing only to learn that the first available slot was some 2 months away! While there was no explicit guarantee on the lead-time for behind the wheel sessions it would be useful, if bad for business, for the school to explain that classroom enrollment isn't metered to insure timely driving sessions. In other words, don't put kids in the seats unless you have sufficient instructors to get them out driving reasonably soon!

The classrooms are in my opinion, an absolute joke depending on which instructor you get. Some really put in the time and effort to make sure you understand the material. Some do not care... But when you get on the road with the instructor. They are very informative as well as being helpful to you! Mike is the best!

Wouldn't recommend to anybody, the instructor was rude, had no idea what was going on, couldn't answer any questions, and had left me with so many unanswered questions due to the process of getting my license, that it had actually delayed me getting my license. In addition, the office isn't just not understanding, but as well rude. When I had called asking for a refund she had yelled at me saying that it isn't their fault and that she can't do anything for me. Though, when I had called I didn't blame it on them initially I was just simply asking for a refund for their behind the wheel. She continued to yell on the phone saying that my complaints were not backed up with actual evidence so she won't do anything about it.
I DO REALIZE THIS MAY SEEM LIKE A CHEAPER OFFER THAN OTHER PLACES AROUND THE AREA BUT IT ISN'T WORTH IT.

DO NOT USE this company! They do not have any customer service skills! Their technology is outdated. They do not return phone calls the same day. The the lady Kathy is the worst! They are the the least bit professional and the epitome of TACKY!!! You get what you pay for go to one of the more professional schools.

Angela returned my call right away and was very helpful and polite in making myself and son feel very comfortable. Classroom instruction was "just all right" according to my son. It never lasted the full 2 hours and as the course went on it ended earlier and earlier, often leaving many students waiting for their pickups.

The classrooms are in my opinion, an absolute joke depending on which instructor you get. Some really put in the time and effort to make sure you understand the material. Some do not care... But when you get on the road with the instructor. They are very informative as well as being helpful to you! Mike is the best!
