I’m reviewing this as a teen who experienced this class personally. My instructor had no control of class whatsoever and doesn’t care when students (even myself, who sits right next to her) are on there phone during class. I’ve often spent 45-60 minutes every session listening to her tell stories about nothing related to what we are learning. We also spend a big chunk of time at the end of class watching unimportant YouTube “Try Not to Laugh” videos. The instructor often swears and says inappropriate comments. Fortunately for me, this class was somewhat enjoyable only because there was absolutely zero disciplinary action and I was able to goof off with others. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anybody who wants to actually learn how to operate a car. 0/100

Communication was great. The student dashboard made it easy to track my son's progress and know what still needs to be completed. Mr. Mark takes the responsibility of driving seriously, and I was grateful that that message was conveyed to my teen son as he hits the road.

I am surprised the other ratings are so high. Our experience was not great. The one stand out was the Excel Driving School receptionist that I called to get information on the program; she was great.

I am surprised the other ratings are so high. Our experience was not great. The one stand out was the Excel Driving School receptionist that I called to get information on the program; she was great.
My son's in-class instructor could not gain control of the class (understandably, these kids don't want to be there), but my son came home saying that she cussed at them and would send the whole class home early often. I feel like when parents are paying for their kids to take classes required to drive, the easier classroom discipline would be to send the unruly students home. Parents would then deal with their disruptive kids.
Also, as I taught my son to drive, he didn't feel he had learned so many logical driving lessons that I feel in-class instruction should have provided.
Finally, my son often felt yelled at by his driving instructor. I guess he had lost patience after awhile of teaching. I was very disappointed, and I don't recommend this particular location.

We had a great experience with Excel. We took the daily class over the two week period which worked well for my child. No issue scheduling drives whatsoever. Everything was great.

We just had our 3rd child complete Driver’s Ed at Excel. All 3 kids learned a lot and enjoyed their experience. We would recommend Excel to anyone!

I’m reviewing this as a teen who experienced this class personally. My instructor had no control of class whatsoever and doesn’t care when students (even myself, who sits right next to her) are on there phone during class.
