Casey is the best driving instructor at Certified Driving! He’s kind, patient, and takes the time to explain every detail so you feel confident and safe behind the wheel. He truly cares about his students and makes sure you’re fully prepared to pass your driver’s test. I highly recommend him to anyone he’s the best!

Even though I already had my driver’s license, I decided to take lessons with Bernie — and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and encouraging. She never made me feel judged and helped me feel even more confident behind the wheel. I’d recommend her to anyone, whether you’re brand new or just want to refresh your skills!

I must say, I understand there was 2 closer driving schools to me, and by far, hands down, every parent I spoke to with teenagers had either recommended from personal experience or was going to certified in Highland or Crown Point. Both locations are easy to find and get to if need be.
Professionalism from staff, courteous if need to reschedule a drive, testing was available if summer conflicts came up, I had no complaints by any means.
Andrea was amazing, she runs both sites, Morgan in CP was the best. Instructors, Jerry and Randy, bar none, best. Every time they came to my house for my kids drives, 100% on time and have no issues with educating and critiquing.
If I had to do it again, I would choose certified driving school.

Buyer beware. They offer only 6 driving lessons. Ours were all country roads and all daylight. We requested a rt 30 lesson and or some evening drives and they said they dont take requests and are not required to give such lessons. The instructor can be very aggressive. The whopping $400 fee will leave you doing all the real life driving instructions yourself.
