I want to first start with that I have sent 4 of kids through Jeffers Driving School. I hardly ever give bad reviews or ask for refunds from local businesses especially. It wasn't until our 3rd teen that scheduling began being a problem but our 4th teen was already enrolled with them. Our 4th teen signed up in December and booked 4 appts online with the earliest being in April. We paid extra with all of it costing $420 for her to get her lessons in Hartford City so they would be closer. She started trying to book her other lessons but the online scheduling form was down by June and we emailed and left voicemail with no response at all until I requested a refund. Then all of a sudden they had all of the time in the world to respond to tell me that bc she didn't get her lessons in 6 months that they won't do any sort of refund or partial compensation. Instead, she threatened to notify the BMV that she isn't in Jeffers making it so her Permit would be invalid when we went to go get her DL#. I had to pay another $365 to The Driving School for her to get her 6 lessons and test before August. I don't know if there has been management change in the last year or so or what but I would never recommend them after what I went through.

My niece has been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now so that her son can finish getting his license and they never call back. I think it’s a Pour company.

Wonderful people and excellent at what they do. I’ve sent my oldest two kids here and will also send my youngest two as well.

We paid for driving, and have been trying to call to set up drive times multiple times and have left messages and have yet to receive a call back. Come to find out we aren't the only ones.

My first two kiddos were taught to drive by mom and dad--but my third kiddo was taught by the best--Jeffers Driving Academy! If I knew then what I know now, ALL my kiddos would have been trained to drive by the best in the business. Jeffers Driving Academy's instructors are patient and extremely knowledgeable--they started my daughter driving and she has had the most skill and confidence of all my driving kiddos. Today she drove off as a licensed driver and I was much less worried than my older two children-after this experience I will DEFINITELY be choosing Jeffers Driving Academy for my youngest child as well!

My daughter Sarah and my son Michael have both gone through the Jeffers Driving Academy. Jeffers Driving Academy has been helpful and kind to us and we have had a great experience. We have recommended Jeffers Driving Academy to others and we will eventually have our third child (Ryan) enroll through them when he is older.

Jeffers Driving Academy provides exemplary driving instruction. They are extremely flexible with their driving schedules and will even meet students where it's convenient for them. Our son was well prepared to become a licensed driver thanks to Steve, Vicki and Nic Jeffers. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking driver's training!
