Truck Driver Institute is a full service Class A Commercial Drivers License school operating 12 campuses in 8 states. TDI provides classroom, driving range and road instruction, CDL examination (where allowed) and full time job placement services. We train men, women, couples and teams in all the skills they need to drive big rigs and get employed by one of the twenty plus national trucking companies with which we work.

Attending TDI was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my future. The experience pushed me, challenged me, and helped me grow not only as a driver, but as a person. From day one, the instructors believed in me and gave me the knowledge, patience, and confidence I needed to succeed.
The training was hands-on, thorough, and realistic, preparing me for what it’s truly like out on the road. Even when I doubted myself, the instructors continued encouraging me and pushing me to do better. They genuinely cared about seeing their students succeed and made sure we understood the skills and safety needed to become professional drivers.
Because of TDI, I was able to earn my Class A CDL and open doors to opportunities I once only dreamed about. The feeling of accomplishing something this big after all the hard work is something I’ll never forget. TDI gave me more than just an education — they gave me confidence, independence, and a fresh start toward building a better future for myself.
I’m incredibly grateful for everyone at TDI who played a part in my journey, and I would highly recommend this school to anyone serious about changing their life and starting a career in trucking.

Whenever I had a question, Tony, Jake, Jack always went out of their way to answer it with confidence and make sure I understood everything. I just finished my 3 week course at TDI! I chose them for their reputation and recommendation from friends and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Every instructor teaches you valuable knowledge from their own driving careers! They all train you in unique ways step by step how to operate and drive big trucks. Though challenging at times it's not without some fun as well and at then end it's a great feeling knowing the huge achievement you've just acquired! If you're looking for a fast paced course to your new career, give them a call and sign up, you won't regret it!!

TDI is a great school. I’ve read several reviews and I’ve come to one conclusion about the negative reviews; they may just not have applied themselves or an accelerated program just isn’t for them. TDI is not an 8 week vocational course, it is a 3 week course geared towards getting you on the road while keeping your safety top priority. I just passed my exam today and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. Thanks again for everything!!!!

I love this school I obtained my learners permit in the 3 days here... I had took the test 6 times by myself before tdi and couldn’t pass it 🤦🏽♂️. Then from there I got good training from every las...
I love this school I obtained my learners permit in the 3 days here... I had took the test 6 times by myself before tdi and couldn’t pass it 🤦🏽♂️. Then from there I got good training from every last instructor they were great and patient with me I learned to drive a manual transmission in less than 2 weeks and I passed my license test the first time I took it that let you know this is a great school to attend I wouldn’t recommend no other school so glad I didnt go to c1 on Raymond 😎🤪👌🏽💪🏽. Thank you tdi for helping me change my career and giving me the keys to my new office lol..🤙🏽💪🏽😎

I am so glad I chose this school. From recruiting to training to making sure you are prepared to enter the world of truck driving, this team of men and woman are here to give you all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in the trucking world. Patric the lead instructor and director of the school does a great job and seams to have a real heart for giving you all the knowledge you need to get started and he has organized a team of guys that come with many years of knowledge and experience to get you going. From yard exercises to driving, this group of guys was able to take the stress out of the experience. They were fully equipped and had different courses for every level of driving. They knew when I would be ready for the next level before I did and moved me along at my pace. They are not there to churn out cdl drivers. They are there to create safe and educated drivers. Over all, if you want a good school to go to, check these guys out. You will walk away better for it and maybe call them friends.

Attending TDI was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my future. The experience pushed me, challenged me, and helped me grow not only as a driver, but as a person. From day one, the instructors believed in me and gave me the knowledge, patience, and confidence I needed to succeed.
The training was hands-on, thorough, and realistic, preparing me for what it’s truly like out on the road. Even when I doubted myself, the instructors continued encouraging me and pushing me to do better.
