I work for this company and have had two of my children attended the class this summer and last summer. Both of my children learned the state mandated material and did their 4 drives and passed both classes with an A and B respectively. It amazes me weekly how much the students learn in four days of classrooms. Both of my children were scared of driving and during the 4th drive they were confident and drove on the interstate. So glad we found Trinity for our daughter. They took the time to help my daughter become a confident driver. Each of her driving instructors made her feel safe and confident. They really took the time explaining good defensive driving techniques. Best of all, they offered one-on-one behind the wheel training. Though my daughter has a very busy schedule, Trinity was very accommodating and finished my daughter's 8 hours of drive time in a very timely manner. Thank you Trinity Driving School! Mr. Terry is amazing! He has a passion for student drivers. I was able to speak to him and ask him why he started his school. He shared with me his education background and that he is a parent of four now adult children. He was very disappointed in the instruction they received. Classroom is very boring. They do not bring speakers or make it interactive like other schools. I was hoping the driving portion would be good but it was bad as well... For $10 more you can get a much better class. I just happen to know students that have gone to other academies in town and there was no comparison. Otherwise I would have assumed that it was OK. The classroom portion of the driving school was okay, but the driving portion was a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone sending their child to this school. The woman who schedules the driving sessions is beyond rude, and has no customer service awareness. She was very difficult to work with. The school must not have very many driving instructors, because the times and dates that are available are very limited. The driving instructor was just as rude as the scheduling lady. So rude, that I had reservations about sending my child in the car with him. I have talked with other parents who signed up with other driving schools, and they have not had this experience. My 15 year old son went here and he loved it. They were great and very helpful with all my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience met our expectations.
