I wish I could give her (the so called instructor) -10 rating. She needs to learn how to speak politely and when to speak. She literally insults you in front of all her family members (staff) like she is entitled to do so. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in my life. Pathetic. Trust me, all the negative reviews about her are 100% true.

Took my little cousin a 3 months wait to take the written test. then they told him he had to wait 8 more months for the driving portion. They were not upfront with this information and did not give him his money back. Just ridiculous.

I called to ask for prices and information for my employees and the guy who answered the phone was very rude, I asked him to send me a quote and the registration’s dates and he refused to do that, saying that he doesn’t send emails to avoid fraud. Fraud to send an email???? He is very ignorant and should not be working for a driving school. he was very rude and hung up the phone just because I need the information in writing to share it with all my employees. I can’t believe this is the way they do business. I feel sorry for the owners of this driving school to have such a rude person working for them.

There were a lot of things wrong in this place, first of the owner was extremely rude she had no patience for me as a first time driver. Second, she insulted my mom who was there to support me because the owner Gisela was careless of her words. Third, she had poor communication skills, she didn't even apologized for what she said. The point of this review is to let you all know before ya'll waste money on this place that it was not worth it at all, I wouldn't recommend this place even if it were the last place on earth available.

If you are a new driver do not go to this driving school. When you take the written test the owners WILL NOT stop talking and gossiping. They give you a "study guide" that you have to copy yourself and it's all misspelled. I had to go up front and tell them to please be quiet because we were taking a test like they didn't know that. After that, they gave me a driving date and I went. The day I went I had to wait for the instructor to get there, he was 15mins late. Then, he would constantly scream at me and he even hurt my arm while trying to get a hold of the wheel. Then, the day of my test his wife, gisela or whatever her name is embarrased me infront of everyone that was in the office and told me out loud how horrible I did in her eyes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and i only missed my test by 4 points. In conclusion, if yo are not an experienced driver DO NOT go to this driving school. Drive Dat Academy will be a better option for you.

If you are a new driver do not go to this driving school. When you take the written test the owners WILL NOT stop talking and gossiping. They give you a "study guide" that you have to copy yourself and it's all misspelled. I had to go up front and tell them to please be quiet because we were taking a test like they didn't know that. I wish I could give her (the so called instructor) -10 rating. She needs to learn how to speak politely and when to speak. She literally insults you in front of all her family members (staff) like she is entitled to do so. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in my life. Pathetic. Trust me, all the negative reviews about her are 100% true.

I called to ask for prices and information for my employees and the guy who answered the phone was very rude, I asked him to send me a quote and the registration’s dates and he refused to do that, saying that he doesn’t send emails to avoid fraud. Fraud to send an email???? He is very ignorant and should not be working for a driving school. he was very rude and hung up the phone just because I need the information in writing to share it with all my employees. I can’t believe this is the way they do business. I feel sorry for the owners of this driving school to have such a rude person working for them.

There were a lot of things wrong in this place, first of the owner was extremely rude she had no patience for me as a first time driver. Second, she insulted my mom who was there to support me because the owner Gisela was careless of her words. Third, she had poor communication skills, she didn't even apologized for what she said. The point of this review is to let you all know before ya'll waste money on this place that it was not worth it at all, I wouldn't recommend this place even if it were the last place on earth available.
