The lack of communication is appalling. We were barely able to schedule drives. And the owner does not respond at all. And we’re now waiting on him to respond to numerous calls and texts to schedule the final drive. He reads the messages but does not respond. Please chose a different driving school if you’re going to be paying as much as they charge. There’s no quality in the course itself either. Old tests, old videos, and you cannot hear anything out of the speakers. The cars are trashed; one needing to roll down the window to open the door. There’s dirty napkins, trash and other junk thrown around in it. This entire course is too much to be spending for how poorly it’s ran. Not to mention the adults who come in and talk trash about the students. They just want your money, they do not care at all about running a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We paid for my son to finally start the process to have his DL. We had to reschedule once due to his work schedule. We made a mistake and paid the day before his class was to start and when he showed up to class they told him due to nonpayment he was unable to attend class. I made him turn around and go back into the building and I talked to the lady in the office. He was able to attend that class since we proved we paid. He didnt have his TIP card yet bc of his work schedule but was able to get it. We have called to schedule his driving time so if he needs to take a few days off he is able to .. Nothing.. No feedback from the owners and the money has been taken and then our Nation shutdown.. Now that we are starting to open back up, I wonder if he will be able to finish or will he have go somewhere else and pay more money so he can start driving instead of paying Uber or Lyft to go anywhere.. I would recommend parents looking at the other driving schools 1st before this one..

Mrs. Chancie was very proffesional and informative. She kept us attentive as well as aware of the importance of learning the “rules of the road”. She kept the lessons very interesting, which directed our attention to the important subjects at hand. I would definitely recommend this establishment to someone who is a new driver.

Spoke to a man there and was very unprofessional, sarcastic, arrogant and rude. Paid a deposit back in February and had to cancel twice due to my kids sports on the weekends. Having multiple kids and being a single mom is very time consuming. Finally have some free weekends coming up and called to reschedule and I was told if I didn't remember the exact dates I originally scheduled I might lose my deposit because they don't have time to pull their records to find out when my deposit was paid. The way I was spoken to and how it was handled I definitely do not feel comfortable leaving my child with someone that can't even speak to adults professionally and lied to me when I asked who runs the Academy... I was told Melissa... WRONG!!!!. They just got a free $50.00 - PARENTS BE WARNED!

I just passed a student driver in traffic. The instructor was leaned back in the seat with their elbow propped on the driver's headrest and her phone in front of her face scrolling thru it while the student drive. Awesome example setting. Wow.

I will start by saying, it was easy to make an appointment and I got a same day appointment. Also, the people were friendly. After that, it's all downhill. First, we showed up for our appointment and ...
I will start by saying, it was easy to make an appointment and I got a same day appointment. Also, the people were friendly. After that, it's all downhill. First, we showed up for our appointment and the office was closed and locked. After calling several times someone answered and we were told someone was on their way. 25 min. after our appointment time someone showed up. By that time 3 people were waiting and were told, "First to pay drives first." We were not told cash or cashiers check only prior to this but had cash. We paid first but still had to wait on the paperwork and payment for the other 2 drivers (and then the 4th person that walked in later.) 1 hour after our appointment time the drive test began and was over in 10 min. The vehicle serves its purpose, but was uncomfortable to drive- spilled coffee, steering wheel didn't turn back after making a turn and having to roll the window down to open the door from the outside.

I sent my 2 sons to this driving academy. The instructors are excellent. They really take the time to get to know your child and meet each individual need and concern. I am very impressed with the quality of instruction my 2 sons received while driving in the car with the instructor. I will be sending my daughter here next year!

The lack of communication is appalling. We were barely able to schedule drives. And the owner does not respond at all. And we’re now waiting on him to respond to numerous calls and texts to schedule the final drive. He reads the messages but does not respond. We paid for my son to finally start the process to have his DL. We had to reschedule once due to his work schedule. We made a mistake and paid the day before his class was to start and when he showed up to class they told him due to nonpayment he was unable to attend class. I made him turn around and go back into the building and I talked to the lady in the office. He was able to attend that class since we proved we paid. I am very impressed with the quality of instruction my 2 sons received while driving in the car with the instructor. I will be sending my daughter here next year!
