Very Unprofessional the lady talks about her personal problems well I was driving she talks about how her son trying to get custody of his kid, how the baby mother don’t like her, talk all day not good at communicating took 2 months for her to do my test because he son was using the driving school car. I want to take the adult driving course but there was no way for me to book a class. I called the number for Ms. Dee multiple times, I emailed the email address posted on your website, and I made sure to call AND text at 8:45 am and leave voice mails. But even after all this effort, I was never called back… I just wish yall would update your website or find a way to give us better information to book appointments. I will update my review if these issues are fixed. But the disorganized nature of this business made you lose me as a customer. No offense, I totally understand why clerical errors like this happen, but they need to be addressed. I wasted an entire Saturday at this place. The instructor, Ms D, spent 2 and a half hours preaching and telling personal stories. After finishing, she began to judge us for our life choices and give unsolicited personal advice. I should have expressed my dissatisfaction at the time but chose to remain silent. I take responsibility for my part in not speaking up within those 2 and a half hours. I understand that there are plenty of people who would have been touched by her words and that maybe her words were not meant for me. After I finished the class, I decided not to return for the driving portion. I notified her the very next day. I assumed that since I was giving over a month and a half notice, I could, at the very least, not be charged an inconvenience fee. Sadly, that's not the case. I will say one thing. She does make sure you pass the class. While I did not need help during the test, she was giving answers and support to the other students as they took the test. After speaking with her on the phone, I realized I may have lost my cool and spoke over her. I do regret that because I believe she is a good person, and that's not how I speak to people, but I was so frustrated that I lost my temporary and hung up. The fact that she not only wouldn't give me a partial refund but also charged an inconvenience fee made me very annoyed. Read Less
