I just passed my road test (first try! Yay!) and a big reason behind that is because of Israel and his patience with me. I’m in my 40s, so I’m old and I’ve never had a license (up until now of course lol) because of just extreme anxiety and fear of driving. Israel, the instructor, makes the most seemingly annoying forced process surprisingly fun and active so it goes so fast, while receiving a full education on the rules, ensuring we comply with safety procedures, and understand the depth of what holding a license means. I could have easily gotten my license years ago in DC but lazily waited and ended up having to do driving school since MD requires it 😐. After this process, I can now appreciate the reasoning behind it, even though it feels unnecessary (obviously its needed everywhere considering all the accidents and poor drivers), truly say I'm glad this was forced and found Americas Driving school. Israel is truly what makes the process better and he is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling for practice. I am a seasoned driver but was extremely nervous about the 2 point turn. Israel taught me that so well and gave me tips that helped me be confident with that and parallel parking because I used to suck or avoid it as much as I could. Oh and I passed the first time!
