I am giving this school 2stars solely because of Ms. Tina. She is an excellent instructor, and thanks to her, I still believe this is a good driving school overall.
However, the experience with the gentleman running the virtual classes has been terrible. He has been consistently rude to the entire class during online sessions, and his unprofessional attitude continues over email. I have referred multiple people to this school included my daughter, and they have all complained about having the exact same bad experience with this specific guy.
Even though e-mail He is highly unprofessional and bad for business.
Management needs to address his behavior immediately, as he is ruining the reputation that great instructors like Ms. Tina. My daughter still do not have her schedule 6 hours on the road yet. yes, we have been calling and yes, we have been emailing.

Mr. Brendan is a very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and wise instructor. I had a great experience with him, and he is always willing to help in any area you need. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable behind the wheel. I was nervous when I first arrived, but by the end of the lesson, I left feeling much more confident and grateful to have met such a great person.

I’d put zero stars if I could. My boyfriend booked a 2 hour driving session in February. It happened to snow a little on that day but did not stick as it was gone literally the next day. He was told that the lady that’s supposed to be instructing him couldn’t because “it was snowing” so he was told he would get a refund. Never got the refund, never rescheduled for another day as they’re seemingly always booked, and they never answer the phone. Very unprofessional!

I had a great experience with Royal Driving School. The instructors are patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. I used to be very nervous about driving, but they helped me gain confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to their guidance and support, I passed my MVA test today! The customer service was excellent, and scheduling lessons was easy and flexible. I’d definitely recommend Royal Driving School to anyone looking for quality driving lessons.

Received my license today guys! I am 49 I decided to get my license and, with the help of Royal Driving school I did just that. They were understanding and, patient, My driving instructor was very diligent with his driving and how he expressed himself to guide me to learn how to drive. Ms. Tina was amazing with teaching and always telling you you can do it as well as answering any questions I may have needed to be sure of. It was a wonderful experience.

I’m so happy that I had chosen Royal Driving School for my needs. I had contacted them in regards to personal driving lessons and to be able to use their vehicle for my test (Driving school was completed Downtown Baltimore) . 2.21.18 I went out with Ms.Tina for 2 hours. She was amazing , she had me laughing and comfortable the whole time!!!!! I’m glad I met her and had her as an instructor . I highly recommend her to ANYONE she really has patience, humor, and she won’t let you down at all. She will make sure you understand everything you need to know before your test.
2.22.18 I went for my road test at 7:45 with Ms.Tina she got me there on time and encouraged me to not be nervous (even tho I did in the middle of the test lol) we had practice the 2.3 turn (I think that’s what you call it lol) so many times it was glued in my head. I told her proudly that I won’t let her down!!!! Welp I sure did pass on the 1st try and we both were excited. Now I finally have my licenses legally!!!If you want to get it done contact them ASAP! And good luck to all of you that’s reading this trying to make a decision.

This is one of the best driving schools I've ever been to the staff are friendly, patient and willing to work with you. I had no experience driving or parking and in 2 weeks I was able to pass my test the first time with no problem. I highly reccomend this company to anyone in need of a permit or license. They can and will help you I enjoyed my experience and you will too.

they have clean classrooms. I paid only $250. Yet quality was excellent. I nearly paid $300 for another one I m glad I saved $50.

I am giving this school 2stars solely because of Ms. Tina. She is an excellent instructor, and thanks to her, I still believe this is a good driving school overall.
