This school is fantastic! Mr. Coleman is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about educating new drivers. He communicated the curriculum clearly and with a touch of humor that helped calm jittery nerves. Mr. Robertson was my instructor for most of the behind the wheel portion of the class and displayed the same level of knowledge and passion as Mr. Coleman. Both of my boys went through this drive school. The instructors are wonderful, the class options include both day and evening classes and the instructors work with your schedule for the BTW (behind the wheel) required driving. They will go as far as to pick teenagers up from the high school for their drive time. As a mom, I loved that I was encouraged to sit through the class time if I wanted as well as ride along on the BTW lessons. This driving school is great, the instructor's are friendly and understanding and they'll teach you everything you'll need to know on how to drive smart and safe on the roads. When doing the behind the wheel lessons, they'll teach you how to drive and it's okay to ask questions because they're there to help you. They're experienced drivers and they'll make sure that you'll pass your driver's test. This is the best school that I can reccommend on students who wants reliable help and knowledge about driving on the road, so give this school a try and if you're determined and motivated, you'll ace your driver's skills test! I took Drivers Ed at this location and my experience was wonderful. I suspect the other reviews are outliers but I had no issue getting in contact with the school by phone and they were always quick to answer my questions. Wow, just called them to ask a question and was met with immediate impatience and rudeness. The guy rudely asked "What is it that you want?!" Then when he couldn't figure out what I meant he hung up. I was really happy with the education my son received here. There are no bells and whistles to the facility and respect for authority is required. They expect students to be on time, responsible, pay attention, etc. This is appropriate. The instruction was thorough and complete. Their goal is to train solid drivers who know their vehicle, the laws and how to follow them, and safe driving. They have a steady plan for training that resulted in a solid driver. Don't go here, if you have a choice. I waited 4 weeks for a call back, and never received it. They never answer the phone, either. Their classes are 18 weeks apart and they have no apologies if they mess up. Not to mention that the wait list alone for the behind the wheel training is longer than the Mississippi river. I never received a confirmation email and had to sign up all over again, missing the start date of the only class within the first month. I would never have had this issue if they had sent me an email, answered the phone, or called me back. I am now stuck, as active duty military without a license, until July for a class. My son went to this driving school and done very well. If there were any complaining I would have been the one to complain. No complaints from me. Mr Coleman was very professional and helped all students . The class I also participated in and I myself learned a few things. I also met the other two instructors who were also professional and answered all questions asked by the students . The instructors are there to teach not babysit or deal with students who do not pay attention . They also deserve a break as they give the students a break. You as the parent when the student is home they should be driving with the parent to get as many hours of driving time in and the student studying the drivers book or online. The instructors space out driving time for month or two later so that the student gets driving time in at home the student gets more experience behind the wheel at home. So I hope this is straight . I want to thank Mr Coleman and his crew for a job well done . I recommend this school with a high five . And as far as Mr Coleman speech impairement I understood hm perfectly and who ever said anything bad about him that was so wrong . You sound like a bully and that is wrong. I highly respect Mr Coleman and his form of teaching maybe you as a parent should set in his class and maybe get to know him and I bet you would change your attitude. This is the absolute worst drivers ed course in Southern MD. Being there are not a lot of choices, Mr. Coleman is extremely rude and disrespectful. He is inappropriate when instructing the course as well. If you have any choice in selecting a school choose the college!! Read Less

Whack school. The instructor is extremely unprofessional, had a speech impediment making it difficult to understand him and even made and sexually inappropriate comment when I registered my son. Would not recommend this school to anyone. Read Less
