I had a really good experience with my drivers ed class and behind the wheel. I had Mr.Wilson and Mr.Cornell for my classroom sessions. They gave really great tips and ways to remember things, they had no issue going over things if you didn’t understand, and they kept the class involved and interested with the ways they taught lessons. My behind the wheel instructor Mr.Vandyke was great too. Very patient and calm. He gave clear instructions and direction while we were driving and he gave me a lot of helpful feedback and confidence in what I was doing well on and needed to practice after each session. I think this was a good place to go and I would recommend it.

Beware - don't let your children be alone with instructor in a car. Insist on a third-person/chaperone, known routes, and busy public places ONLY. If driver's ed is going to remain a Maryland DMV requirement, it needs to go back in to the public schools and monitored closely, for the safety of our children.

The drivers time teacher doesn’t know how respect people. My daughter drove with him for the first time, he was yelling at her and pushed her head telling her to look forward. He’s not supposed to that. He also kept pulling her hand on the steering wheel. Peoples stupid. He shouldn’t have done that since it was her first time driving. He’s lucky that she didn’t tell me the first time so I could go there and start bitching at him. She was away when she told me this. The drivers ed teacher, my daughter called him 3 times asking for extra driving lessons, he said sure until he calls her back. He never called back. We went to the Ymca and asked for him. They told us that he won’t be back until Monday. Her step-dad called the drivers ed teacher and the teacher said he was just pulled up to the Ymca’s door. Such a liar. This is not respect how these people are treating others. I don’t know why. This makes no sense. Is this how you’re supposed to help kids drive?

I had a really good experience with my drivers ed class and behind the wheel. I had Mr.Wilson and Mr.Cornell for my classroom sessions. They gave really great tips and ways to remember things, they had no issue going over things if you didn’t understand, and they kept the class involved and interested with the ways they taught lessons. My behind the wheel instructor Mr.Vandyke was great too. Very patient and calm. Beware - don't let your children be alone with instructor in a car. Insist on a third-person/chaperone, known routes, and busy public places ONLY.
