If I would give this driving school zero stars I would lol. All of the driving instructors I have encountered at this school have an attitude or just plain out rude. My first driving instructor accused me of arriving late from break when I was on time. The second driving instructor made us feel stupid when we didn’t answer the question correctly the first time. Go to a different driving school!!!!

I had the worst experience with this online instructor yesterday, it was my first Driver education class and trust me it was terrible …. I am not trying to sound rude but that instructor was just annoyingly fast while he spoke and rude … he wanted us to answer his stupid questions about video games 🎮 and when I did he was like you don’t have to answer if it doesn’t apply to you and for my surprise he did laugh at one of my answers when I mistakenly said a wrong answer… I do get it that silly answers make you laugh but when u understand what ur client is saying you better not mock at them after all they chose to pay for the services you give…. Honestly I greatly regret my decision of choosing this school for my Drivers education classes.. please stay away from these snobbish instructors from this driving school.

My daughter is still waiting since May to schedule her drive time. The school opened back up in June due to the pandemic and there are no drive times still. I contacted the main office and spoke to a ...
My daughter is still waiting since May to schedule her drive time. The school opened back up in June due to the pandemic and there are no drive times still. I contacted the main office and spoke to a rude woman who was supposed to change my daughter to the Urbana location and she never did anything. She was so nasty on the phone that I never called back. I emailed instead and they did change her but still no drive times. My daughter cannot get her license until they add times. Very frustrating! We have never received any communication about what is happening or any timelines. I understand we are in a pandemic but communication and a plan of action could rectify the situation. This place seems to be very poorly managed.I recommend trying another school.

They walk you through filling out all the legal paperwork there, and they handle sending documents to the MVA, which was nice and convenient. The class prepares you fine for the exam at the end (which you shouldn't be worried about in the first place), however the classes themselves are dreadfully boring.
As for in-cars, I honestly cannot recommend Tom if you aren't white. I'm Asian, and he called me "oriental," asked me "what country are you from," and asked if I knew basic things like what a gas station was. As someone who was born and raised in the States, and can speak perfect English, I found these comments to be ignorant and somewhat offensive, detracting from my experience with Greg's. He also made generally passive-aggressive comments any time I did something vaguely imperfect.

If I would give this driving school zero stars I would lol. All of the driving instructors I have encountered at this school have an attitude or just plain out rude. My first driving instructor accused me of arriving late from break when I was on time. The second driving instructor made us feel stupid when we didn’t answer the question correctly the first time. Go to a different driving school!!!!

I had the worst experience with this online instructor yesterday, it was my first Driver education class and trust me it was terrible …. I am not trying to sound rude but that instructor was just annoyingly fast while he spoke and rude … he wanted us to answer his stupid questions about video games 🎮 and when I did he was like you don’t have to answer if it doesn’t apply to you and for my surprise he did laugh at one of my answers when I mistakenly said a wrong answer… I do get it that silly answers make you laugh but when u understand what ur client is saying you better not mock at them after all they chose to pay for the services you give…. My daughter is still waiting since May to schedule her drive time. The school opened back up in June due to the pandemic and there are no drive times still. They walk you through filling out all the legal paperwork there, and they handle sending documents to the MVA, which was nice and convenient. The class prepares you fine for the exam at the end (which you shouldn't be worried about in the first place), however the classes themselves are dreadfully boring.
