I recently had my driving lessons here. The staff is very patient and gentle. They were also very responsive, whenever I sent an email or called about anything they always tried their best to respond in a clear and patient manner. The more questions you have the better. They WILL answer you and they will make sure you understand especially you're unsure about something. I do recommend going there. From what I've seen they are kind and forgiving people. It was not a bad experience.

Horrible customer service. From the moment I called, the representative had an attitude and seemed unwilling to help. I simply asked her to look up my information, and instead of trying, she gave excuses.
When I asked for a supervisor, it didn’t get any better. She was able to find my information quickly but then told me I was missing a requirement I was never informed about. I attended every class, and the instructor never told me I was missing anything. Even when I previously called to schedule my hours, no one mentioned a missing exam.
The situation became even more unprofessional when the supervisor asked me, “How old are you?” which was completely irrelevant and disrespectful. On top of that, another staff member was speaking about me in Spanish in the background, assuming I wouldn’t understand.
Overall, this place is disorganized and unprofessional. If you’re looking for clear communication and respectful service, I would not recommend coming here

We arrived on time for our 1:00 PM appointment to have our tax return prepared. However, even after our scheduled time had passed, we were still waiting. When it reached 2:00 PM, we asked when it would be our turn and were told that there were still two people ahead of us. This resulted in a complete waste of our time.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude was very rude and disrespectful. In the end, we had to leave without having our taxes done. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this place. They acted as if they were providing the service for free.

I came here for annual tax.I made an appointment a week ago. My appointment is today at 1:00 pm. I arrived here at the scheduled time, but they nonchalantly said they weren't available at the moment. They even said there were two people ahead of me. I left my work halfway through to get to this appointment, and now my whole day is ruined because of them. This is incredibly disrespectful and a mockery of people's time and effort. Most importantly, the employees there didn't care at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. We scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM and drove for about an hour from Virginia to Maryland to be there on time. After arriving, we waited for 40 minutes past our appointment time.
When we asked the staff about the delay, we were told that there were still two people ahead of us. This is completely unacceptable. If you are giving appointments, you should respect people’s time. Either take us at the scheduled time or properly manage your appointments and provide a realistic time slot.
In addition, the staff member we spoke to had a very rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of helping or showing any understanding, they acted like they didn’t care and even suggested that we should leave and come back another time.
We took time off from work and specifically came here for this appointment, only to be treated this way. The lack of organization, professionalism, and basic customer respect was extremely frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

After getting my learners permit in MD, I attended S&S Driving School to take my necessary driver education classes. I had a great experience with them during both the classroom, and on the road portions of the 36-hour drivers ed class. The instructors are knowledgeable, and made learning a bunch of rules and regulations fun and easy. They were also patient with me during my time on the road and took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect when I go to MVA for my actual road test. Also they actually started their classes on time. That's super important for me because I'm pretty busy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Hyattsville or PG looking for a good, reasonably priced driving school that won't give you the run around.

What a waste of precious could've-been-spent-at-after-Christmas-sales time! I called last week and spoke to a woman who said the next class would start December 27th at 9:30 a.m. She took my name and number and told me I could just pay on the 27th. When I arrived this morning, there wasn't anyone except one man who seemed to be the owner/teacher. He seemed confused as to why I was there and told me that he didn't think there would be any students showing up but that I should wait. He then wandered off to clean and make coffee. At 9:50, I asked if he was having a class or not. He replied that I should "sit there and wait" because even if he didn't "start class until 11 a.m., I wouldn't miss anything." Righttttt... nothing to do after that 'cept leave!

I recently had my driving lessons here. The staff is very patient and gentle. They were also very responsive, whenever I sent an email or called about anything they always tried their best to respond in a clear and patient manner. The more questions you have the better. They WILL answer you and they will make sure you understand especially you're unsure about something. I do recommend going there. From what I've seen they are kind and forgiving people. It was not a bad experience.

Horrible customer service. From the moment I called, the representative had an attitude and seemed unwilling to help. I simply asked her to look up my information, and instead of trying, she gave excuses.
