When I visited this office, the receptionists were not only rude but also extremely unprofessional. Instead of being greeted warmly, my friend and I were treated with impatience and disrespect. I tried addressing the issue with their supervisor, but unfortunately, the supervisor defended the receptionists, blaming the stress of their job. While stress can I be a reason. it does not justify poor treatment of customers. This experience was disheartening and has led me to advise others to avoid this office. this encounter reinforced the importance of good customer service. I Had the pleasure of taking my son to Express Driving school with much success. In less time than anticipated, my son had is drivers license and at a cost half the amount quoted at other schools, I had previously called during my search. From the initial phone call to Express driving school where I spoke to Cassandra, and the excellent customer service that I received from her, I knew there and then, that I had call the right driving school for my son. On my sons first day on the road with Express Driving School Instructor Mr Henry, he made us feel like family. Mr Henry was very kind, courteous and very professional throughout the whole process with him helping my son to get his license. He corrected my son when needed, and compliment him when he got it right. He made sure he was comfortable and confident and often ask if he was OK and if he had any questions. Mr Henry went over and above to even take my son to watch other students take the driving test at the DMV so my son knows exactly what to expect once he went to take the test himself.
