I came in to the Rosedale office to do my drivers improvement course so I could get my license back. The entire process was super easy. I was able to do the initial course on line at my own pace. After i finished all the lessons my next step was to take the test. The woman who was at the office the day I took my test was super helpful, After she graded my test, she gave me my sheet back and told me to look over my answers again and this time, not to rush, had she not done that I would have failed. I feel she went above and beyond to help me, she knew I was nervous and knew I needed to pass this test. I'm greatly appreciative of her, and would highly recommend this driving school to anyone who needs to get their license for the first time or to get their license back. I called up drivers edu around 12:00pm, In regards to just applying for drivers classes. I wanted to make sure I registered for the correct location. After telling the lady my concern she decided to want to let everyone know my concern, in which no one helped me. She constantly yelled in my ear and told me my concern was ridiculous. After being ridiculd for having an issue with my concern, I asked to speak to someone else as I was at work and just couldn't deal with extra stress. She yelled at me she was trying to help, I explained to her she had an attitude and she proceeded to yell extremely loud in my ear, and then tell me to call back when my attitude changes. Being very confused and my issue was still not resolved, I emailed the company. I decided I'll call back and hopefully I'll get someone else, however ai checked my email and received a confirmation of my booking with all the accurate information. Turns out I did register at the correct location. However I received another email stating I don't know who you are and why you left a bad review.. although the review was very detailed. Not once did I receive an apology about the horrible experience I had. Just a refund, I will gladly take my business else where. I am not a child, and if my daughter was going to this school and someone decided to speak to her in that manner, I promise it wouldn't have been pretty. As I told the lady I have over 8 years of customer service experience, working for top companies like BGE, for the state and so forth. I've had my bad days but never would I make someone feel like the information they're requesting does not make sense. If you don't understand, ask questions, well ma'am I'll see if I can help, where did you actually apply at? & so forth.. What a mess! So messy! If you want a ghetto, messy, unprofessional school by all means. They're cheap, so I see why they're that way! Good riddance! Read Less

For the past 11 years at least 7 members of my family have attended Drivers Edu. Not only did they allow me to start the driver education program with just $50.00 down they also worked with me one on one when needed to ensure the material being taught was understood. Horrible customer service. Called to speak with someone about scheduling my sons on the road lesson and Dana was rude. I was pleasant when I explained the situation and her first response was "first off". That is probably one of the worst ways to start a sentence with a customer!! This is a wonderful driving school. This is a family-owned business so the atmosphere is wonderful. It is also great for minors who are looking to drive as well. There are no men teachers who are creepy. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming :) Read Less
