One of the worst experiences we've had with any business, period. My daughter used a different driving school and the contrast is night and day - engaged, friendly, easy to schedule. That's what a driving school should be. This school (Belmont) is the opposite. If you want your kid slow-rolled for 9-12 months before they can even take the driving exam, you've found your match. The problems: Impossible to reach anyone. Voicemail only, no return calls, ever. No control over scheduling. You don't pick lesson times - they tell you when, regardless of your kid's schedule. First lesson took over 2 months to get. Second lesson was scheduled 3 weeks after that. Our third lesson was scheduled during our vacation. I've been trying to reach the office to reschedule. No answer, no callback. They're closing for 3 weeks starting June 25 - and somehow no one's answering the phone on the 23rd either. Convenient timing. Do the math: MA requires 12 hours behind-the-wheel instruction and 6 hours observation from the school, on top of 40 hours of practice driving with parents and completed classroom coursework. At this school's pace for just the driving portion, you're looking at roughly 36 weeks. If I could give zero stars, that would still be too generous. Read Less

I don't know what people are on, I loved this class it was hard but I learned what I needed to. The teacher will make sure you know everything for license test and more.

Expected me to do a 3 point turn in a busy highway even though that was never taught and expected me to not only manage cars going 40+ mph but also to react to a car going 60mph and not yielding to me. The instructor belittled and scoffed at me when the ebrake was malfunctioning, I got docked for not turning on red even though you don’t have to turn on red if you don’t feel safe. Vague instructions, I had to wait 3+ hours for a test. Never send your kids through this program Read Less
