Note that all the positive reviews were from a year ago or older. Road lesson package was paid-for many months ago, drivers instruction received, with lessons that were supposed to start in January. We never received any update or schedule about which days to expect the lessons, so that's when my dtr and I started trying to contact them...Well, it's now February, and I can't get anyone to contact RE scheduling those lessons, despite package purchase and multiple attempts to contact the school's staff. "Steer clear", if you will, of this place. They will not provide paid-for services. Update: Without any notice and without speaking with anyone, all of a sudden there was a 'refund pending' from Flint Driving school in CashApp (method of payment), then it disappeared. According to CashApp, it was cancelled by the driving school. So, now my dtr has no lessons, nor any money to purchase from someone who maybe won't take the money and run. This school is dishonest. Today was my last day of my 3-Day driving session. I had awaited this day not to rush myself and be done & over with it, but to leave a fantastic review. Flint genuinely has THE BEST, NICEST, and organized staff ever. Kasey is the sweetest, and so my instructor. Never ever did I want to drive before this due to major anxiety, but now I am more than excited to be on the road. Highly recommend Flint Driving School! My instructor was Pat and he taught me how to drive in the most simplest way, he also knew what to do to keep me calm, and had a great personality! You don't have to prepay, just book your lesson, they show up at your door, you pay them by cash/card(extremely convenient) and you start driving! Completely seamless. I recommend this driving school to anyone. He was able to clearly teach and demonstrate all the rules of the road without making it overwhelming or stressful. Lessons, scheduling and payments are all very forward and easy and if something comes up he is very understand and does what he can to reschedule. Two thumbs up! Read Less

I highly recommend to anyone older that has not driven in years and is trying to get their license again to use Flint Driving School's warm up program. This program is well worth the time and money. I have passed my road test today! I had had really bad experiences with other driving schools and instructors in FR before I dialed the FDS. One might think I am promoting them, but I am a foreign national with no interest of doing that. Go with the Flint Driving School and ask Patrick Harrington to be your instructor! Read Less

I passed my road test today because of Flint Driving School (and practice with my dad)! Both Pat and Ken are excellent instructors who are very knowledgeable, kind and don't make you nervous or feel bad. Such a great school and they will even text you! I recommend Flint to everyone. Lady is CRAZY. While on driving lessons, half of the time you will be parked outside of soares resturant while she gets free food from her husband. Then she will get back into the car, eat her nasty smelling cheese sandwich, and take the money for your time she wasted... Read Less
