Triad has been incredible throughout the drivers ed week I was required to do. Personally, I did the online version over zoom. They were able to keep students interested and engaged by asking questions and showing slides. Giving students the chance to copy down notes as-well as ask their own questions. Even though they kept it light hearted and interactive, it was very educational. My personal instructors Jack and Gary were incredible! Always willing to answer questions and making me laugh with jokes along the way. I got a 98 on my final thanks to there amazing teaching skills! Jack and Gary used to be police officers so they shared personal experiences, as-well as bringing in a firefighter who shared even more personal experiences. After having 2 children go through the Triad Driving prep program I can honestly say that it is a quality service and worthwhile investment. We appreciate the help that we received while trying to schedule behind the wheel lessons (never easy) and it put us at ease knowing our teens were being taught all of the rules of the road (and more!). My son did his test at the Haverhill RMV recently and when I told the examiner that he did his lessons at Triad she said, “That’s all I need to know! It’s a great school!” I couldn’t agree more! My son just completed the 30 hour classroom portion of the drivers education class with Triad Driving Academy via Zoom (5 weekend days). He has been raving about the instructors and about how much he got out of the class. The instructors held the attention of a 16 year old boy for 5 x 6 hour classes! That right there speaks volumes to me! Called the office twice over the last few weeks with questions. Super helpful staff answered my questions and even informed me of the ability for AAA to accept the Learners Permit Application vs visiting a Registry Service Center. I registered my daughter for drivers Ed here and was really pleased with the overall experience. Everything was well organized, lots of useful information was provided in a timely manner, scheduling of classes and appts was easy to do online (some issues at height of pandemic which I think should be expected given the restrictions), and the staff was always very responsive to questions, schedule changes, and requests. My oldest daughter took drivers Ed somewhere else and everything was difficult there. I looked at a lot of reviews of the alternatives and heard feedback from other parents and kids only to find there are a lot of shady drivers Ed companies out there. Triad stood out as a quality outfit and they provided a substantially better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable driving school. Thank you Triad Team!
