Mercedes assistance allowed for me to pass my on the road test with only 3 lessons, highlighting her outstanding teaching. Mercedes is patient, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, and I’m so grateful for her guidance throughout this journey. This is the worst place you can take lessons from !!! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE IM TELLING YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! Very unprofessional ...(my lesson was at 1pm-2pm).. Mercedes the owner was always on her phone while I was driving all she said was turn to the left or right that’s it ..She didn’t taught me NOTHING...15 mins later she told me she was drinking water and lime to lose weight that she had to stop by her house to go to the bathroom so I parked there and waited for her for like 10 minutes...and it gets better...at 1:46pm she told me to drive back to my house that she had to finish already because she was going somewhere else with another student..So I Basically took a about 35 mins “lesson”..$40 bucks for nothing..She used to get frustrated easily and wanted to get it over with. Mercedes is extremely rude and unprofessional i took muiltiple lessons with her i then paid the 125$ fee for the road test through them, from which her husband, her business partner said 90 is for the car and 35 of for the roadtest fee. I payed this fee twice because i i failed twice she didn’t give me any coaching at all and was just in a rush to get it over with. I went the third time to take my road test without the school and passed, when it came time to pay my fee of 85$ total i was told my total was 155$ because my fees weren’t payed the first two times i took the test! I called her and asked about it and she literally told me it wasn’t her responsibility and just hung up on me, my boyfriend called as well who was super polite and she hung up on him as well mid sentence which was super unprofessional. They basically owe money for not informing me or teaching me what they were suppose to do. Read Less

I don’t usually post something like this but for anyone on here but this is for everyone on here to make awareness off the fact that These people are EXTREMELY unprofessional! If you are planning on having your son/daughter of family member get their license DO NOT take it with New generation Auto school. They charge you $125 to use their service to take the road test which they don’t mention it doesn’t include the $35 road test fee. My gf went with them twice and failed because of lack of proper preparation. (She went by herself and passed!!! ). On top of that we call get simple explanation and the owner Rosa hangs up on us TWICE saying that we should’ve read the contract. Now she ignores our calls. Mind you this is a business number. Which business do you know purposely ignores a paying customers calls? I’m all for supporting local businesses. I’m huge advocate of that. BUT this is unacceptable! Read Less

I appreciate you not getting upset or frustrated for any mistakes I made. (Readers understand how hard it is to find a teacher who doesn’t get super frustrated when you make mistakes but remains patient in order to motivate you to try again with a positive attitude) that was Jose. They are very helpful and very aware of what they do BEST DRIVING SCHOOL I've ever met. They are very nice and if they are hard on you it's for a reason.
