Awful, I told them weeks in advance when my driving test was and was going back and fourth with them and the literal day of it they texted me saying they can’t make it and didn’t even offer to pay the $35 fee I’d have to pay to cancel, which was because of them. Ridiculous and so unreliable. I texted them back asking if they had any other cars and a bunch of other texts and they just didn’t answer. Don’t use them. Thank god I was able to have my best friend take me and I passed

They work closely with both parents and students, providing clear communication and personalized support every step of the way.
Best part is their availability and flexibility to sponsor the student for the driver’s test, even if the student wasn’t part of their program.
Highly recommend them!!!

Kendra came out and taught me for 3 very thorough and informative easy to follow sessions. She was on time, knows her stuff when it comes to commercial trucks, and was just a very positive upbeat instructor. After each of those sessions i was left with far more knowledge than when i started the day. With her teaching i was able to pass the pre-trip and driving test on my very first try to obtain my unrestricted class A cdl. I highly recommend using Road Masters Professional Driving school. I will continue to recommend people to her for as long as i live. Worth every one of the 5 stars i am giving the school.

We nearly got cancelled and almost lost our money!
Don't recommend this school for NOTHING!

Program was funded for my grandson by MA REHAB? Jim Hannigan, the instructor, immediately put him on the highway, although he had never driven a car, spent a total of 4 hours with him, and then was a complete no-show!!! When contacted, his response was, I'll be in touch. I don't know what is wrong with this man, but I would definitely not recommend him to anyone!!! I am the type of person who never publicly complains about anything, but this was totally unacceptable!!! Shame on you for being so unprofessional and dishonest.

We felt like the on-road lesson time was shorted. The parental classes are a MUST. And maybe when a student is out with you in the car, you shouldn't comment that a Muslim woman walking by "should go ...
We felt like the on-road lesson time was shorted. The parental classes are a MUST. And maybe when a student is out with you in the car, you shouldn't comment that a Muslim woman walking by "should go back to her own country". And also, when the DMV guy asks you how you've been while you're out on a road test with a very nervous teenager, you probably shouldn't discuss a family member who recently hung themselves.

I was scheduled to take my road test when, the day before, we found out that my car needed a bunch of work done to it and couldn't be used. I couldn't find anyone to let me borrow their car, so I called Road Master at the very last minute. Jim took me to take my test and he was GREAT! It was only $100 (cheaper than I anticipated), and that was because I wasn't a student. They offered to give me lessons beforehand but I couldn't afford them, so I declined. However, Jim gave me some instruction anyways because he wants to see students pass the test and goes the extra mile to help out. Unfortunately I failed, but that was because of a very simple and dumb mistake on my part. Jim is hilarious and his jokes did help calm down my nerves. Although I am not a student at this school, if you are looking for driver's ed, I would definitely recommend this place. You can tell just by the way they talk that they care about their students and will do everything they can to help you pass. I actually regret not hearing about this place sooner, because I might have decided to go to driving school after all. IMO, it's money well-spent. If you haven't picked a place yet, definitely consider Road Master!

Kendra came out and taught me for 3 very thorough and informative easy to follow sessions. She was on time, knows her stuff when it comes to commercial trucks, and was just a very positive upbeat instructor. After each of those sessions i was left with far more knowledge than when i started the day. With her teaching i was able to pass the pre-trip and driving test on my very first try to obtain my unrestricted class A cdl. I highly recommend using Road Masters Professional Driving school. I will continue to recommend people to her for as long as i live. Worth every one of the 5 stars i am giving the school.

Jim Hannigan, the instructor, immediately put him on the highway, although he had never driven a car, spent a total of 4 hours with him, and then was a complete no-show!!! We felt like the on-road lesson time was shorted. The parental classes are a MUST. I was scheduled to take my road test when, the day before, we found out that my car needed a bunch of work done to it and couldn't be used. I couldn't find anyone to let me borrow their car, so I called Road Master at the very last minute. Jim took me to take my test and he was GREAT! It was only $100 (cheaper than I anticipated), and that was because I wasn't a student. They offered to give me lessons beforehand but I couldn't afford them, so I declined. However, Jim gave me some instruction anyways because he wants to see students pass the test and goes the extra mile to help out. Unfortunately I failed, but that was because of a very simple and dumb mistake on my part. Jim is hilarious and his jokes did help calm down my nerves. Although I am not a student at this school, if you are looking for driver's ed, I would definitely recommend this place.
