On Wednesday, Jan 21, 2026 at about 12:40 p.m., a TDA vehicle w/student driver was taking a right out of Norton High School and did not wait for proper clearance to pull out. I was traveling w/in speed limit east on 123, had to slam on my brakes and, fortunately, stopped a few feet from hitting the driver's side. Fire the "instructor" who was NOT doing his job! Talk about traumatizing a student and nearly causing a serious accident! Had that been my child, I'd be very angry, and TDA would've heard from me!
I pulled into a lot to pick up the items thrown around my car from the jolt; TDA drove by and the "instructor" had the NERVE to look at me, smirk, shake his head and throw his arm up as though to say "Oh, well. Couldn't help it. Student driver. Not my fault." The person riding w/me said the student didn't look left immediately before pulling out. The "instructor" was ABSOLUTELY AT FAULT!
Since I'm here, I'd also like to report another incident a few years ago that prompted me to call TDA and complain. Surprise. Surprise. I had to leave a message. No student was in the car, but, the driver was speeding like a maniac. Definitely bad PR for the company. Who'd want someone like that to teach their child?
As I read the other bad reviews, apparently TDA is very delinquent and has pathetic customer service. SAFETY and PROPER INSTRUCTION are imperative! They cause safety risks for the public and do not demonstrate due diligence. Businesses like this are not trustworthy and deserve to fail. Shameful. Read Less
