Dave's Driving school does most of their training on my street. Spring Street in Pittsfield. I can see absolutely that they are very unprofessional.I see them everyday teaching people to block driveways and other unsavory driving tactics.I have been watching them for over 5 years now. I went to a real driving school that had integrity Daves Driving School does not know the meaning of the word integrity. I have seen them in some very very dangerous situations. I needed some brushing up on my skills and a MA registered vehicle for my road test and learned that Dave's offers this service for under $100. They set me up to practice for an hour before my road test, pointed out where my skills and habits needed attention, and gave me a lot of confidence right before my DMV road test. I called Dave's Driving school to get information on adult lessons and when I was done with the phone call, (during which I was placed on hold no less than 4 times totalling over 20 minutes) I was more confused than before I called. The Secretary, Dawn gave me information that I never even asked for. When I tried to correct her as to what I was asking about, she cut me off and went on and on about things I told her I was not interested in. I just wanted a few lessons to see if I would be ready for a license and I felt felt so confused and angry by the end of the call. Dawn was rude (cutting me off when I tried to get to the point of my call) and made me feel like I had no clue what I wanted to do. Very unproffesional, I wont be calling back.
