THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD !!!! If I could give this place a zero I would! Absolutely terrible in every way. Almost impossible to get driving lessons, left emails and voicemails, no one calls you back. Payed for sponsor to take my son for his test, that is over a month late, that yelled at him before his test because he was wearing sandals and refused to let him take the test. When I tried talking to him after, he threw his head back and rolled his eyes. Never left the rmv. The guy asked him his hand signals and his fingers weren’t completely straight (but arms were correct!) so we had to reschedule to take the test in two weeks! Now I’m being told that it could be the same sponsor, I’d have to pay another $150 and pay the $85 for the test!! I was told, this is all common sense, because it is not written anywhere! This place just keeps taking your money and not doing their job. The woman on the phone said she’s trying to help me. Absolutely no help. If your sponsor yells at a 16 year old before a test for his shoes (that are not illegal to drive in) and never took the actual test, I believe you are more than capable of waiving the $150. They lack for driving instructors, I’m seeing driving lessons 3-4 months apart. So far my son had one, which was another student cancelling . At this rate you can expect over a year or more to finish. Had I checked their reviews, I would shopped around. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what I’m seeing in the time frame. They moved my son’s in classroom lessons from Wilmington to Reading for low class attendance, but then you got everyone stuck waiting to get driving lessons. Communication is spotty, sometimes you might get a response and other times your words fall on deaf ears. I was advised to check the driving lessons schedule to make my selection to open slots, great! That’s what I love to do in my busy life is check a non existent scheduling platform every day . It is very overpriced for what you recieve which is usually just 50 minutes in the car because they rush to get other kids. Class portion is amazing, However trying to actually book on the road lessons is a nightmare and impossible. Your better of with tripple A. Also agganis tucks their mirrors in and makes it so you cant use them. I was also told we cannot use mirrors on the road test. After doing the road test today, the man failed me because i didnt use my mirrors (which i thought we were supposed to do). USE YOUR MIRRORS ON THE ROAD TEST. 🙄🙄. SMH!!!!!! Read Less
