It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. Thank you, Falls, for helping me overcome my driving anxiety, helping me to a newfound freedom and for giving me the confidence that I could finally be a licensed driver at nearly 40 years old. All of the instructors were incredibly friendly and helpful, not once did they raise their voice or even show any signs of agitation/nervousness. The classroom portion was very helpful and taught us the rules of the road very well. They helped me pass my License test no problem, would highly recommend. Read Less

I really love this driving school. The instructors have patience and understanding and the ladies that work in the office are professionals and very friendly. If it wasn't for falls driving school I would of never gotten my drivers license. Only had nine lessons and tada I passed my road test. Read Less

I took 2 lessons with Mr. Ganan and he was really patient, but I feel as though the school policy needs to change. I was then give a different instructor who taught me different than Mr Ganan and on a different car. For the road test I was given a different instructor(one that had no idea of what to do) and a different car again. They all had a different idea of how to do a 3 point turn and it's safe to say I failed my test. The second instructor told me if I hit the sidewalk while parking that it wasn't an automatic fail. That was wrong. I paid 135 for 3 lessons and 85 to use this car which I think it's a ridiculous fee Read Less

I went to falls driving school to obtain my driving license I found the instructors to be extremely knowledgeable about Massachusetts laws and very courteous They were always on time or even early with there fair prices and expertise I will recommend them to all my family and friends Read Less

IT'S HORRIBLE !!!!! MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN GOING TO THE FALLS DRIVING SCHOOL IN SOUTH HADLEY AND HAS HAD ABOUT 5 DRIVING LESSONS WITH A DRIVING TEACHER NAMED MR.DUFAULT. MR. DUFAULT IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO HER AS WELL AS WHEN HE CALLS OUR HOUSE. THE SECOND DRIVING LESSON SHE HAD, HE SHOWN UP A HALF HOUR EARLY AND CALLED OUR HOUSE BEING VERY RUDE SAYING "LOOKING FOR YOUR DAUGHTER!" I SAID SHE'LL BE RIGHT OUT. THEN HE WAS RUDE WITH ME TELLING ME," I'VE BEEN HERE WAITING A LONG TIME, LETS GO !!!! "WHEN SHE TOOK HER FIRST LESSON WITH HIM HE TOLD HER THAT HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP 15 MINUTES EARLY AND NOT TO WORRY CAUSE HE DOESN'T EXPECT HER OUT UNTIL ITS HER TIME. 2 WEEKS LATER HE CALLED AND HE WAS RUDE WITH ME AGAIN. 4 DAYS AGO, MONDAY MARCH 13TH 2013, HE SHOWED UP HERE AND MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A LESSON, IT WAS A MIX UP THAT HIS SECRETARY MADE. SHE TOLD MY DAUGHTER MONDAY THE 18TH, BUT SHE MEANT THE 13TH, MY DAUGHTER WROTE DOWN WHAT THE LADY SAID. WELL, MR. DUFAULT CALLED AND SAID QUOTE ON QUOTE " YES LOOKING FOR YOUR DAUGHTER". I PAUSED AND SAID "OK" BEFORE I COULD GET ANOTHER WORD OUT HE VERY RUDELY SAID," DON'T YOU PEOPLE OWN CLOCKS IN THAT HOUSE? !!! " I SAID " YES AND YOU DON'T NEED TO BE RUDE WHEN YOU SPEAK TO ME EITHER ! " HE SAID " WELL ITS YOUR MONEY PAYING FOR IT ! " I SAID "YEAH I KNOW ITS MY MONEY PAYING FOR THE LESSONS AND I'M NOT PAYING YOU TO BE RUDE TO ME, MY DAUGHTER WILL BE OUT IN A SECOND." THEN I FOUND OUT THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE A LESSON THAT DAY AND WENT OUT MYSELF TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE MISTAKE. IT TOOK EVERY OUNCE OF SELF CONTROL NOT TO STOOP TO HIS LEVEL.. I STARTED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM ABOUT THE MISTAKE AND HE WAS STILL RUDE SAYING "WELL I'VE GOT THIS YELLOW PAPER HERE THAT SAYS SHE DOES ! " AND I TRIED TO TELL HIM HIS SECRETARY GOT THE DATES WRONG AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS JUST THE GUY THAT DRIVES THE CAR AND HE'D HAVE THE SECRETARY CALL HER. MY DAUGHTER WORKS NEARBY THE DRIVING SCHOOL AND SAYS THAT MR DUFAULT COMES IN THE STORE WHERE SHE WORKS ON OCCATION. WELL SHE JUST CALLED ME FROM WORK AND HE HAD JUST LEFT. THIS GUY IN UNBELIEVABLE !!! HE WAS RUDE TO HER INFRONT OF A WHOLE LINE OF CUSTOMERS SAYING ," SOOOO ARE YOU GOING TO REMEMBER YOUR DRIVING LESSON FOR NEXT WEEK??? " I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS MR DUFAULT THINKS HE IS THAT HE CAN GO AROUND TO WHERE SHE WORKS AND EMBARRASS HER IN FRONT OF AN ENTIRE STORE OF CUSTOMERS. I CALLED THE SCHOOL AND COMPLAINED LEAVING A DETAILED MESSAGE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT MY DAUGHTER WANTS A DIFFERENT INSTRUCTOR. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. SPARE YOURSELVES FROM THIS AGGRIVATION AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT SCHOOL. Read Less
