I have had an awful experience. They consistently cancel my childs driving hours due to lack of staff. My child is ready but cannot fill the necessary driving hours because they keep canceling her. I will NOT use this company for another child. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

By far one of the worst driving schools save your money. It's not in west roxbury anymore it's in sharon. The teacher gita geta w.e is extremely disrespectful how are you supposed to learn if the person whose teaching you is rude it just makes the driver more nervous. Other people would say she screamed at them. No refunds either so if u pay ahead for a certain amount of lessons you won't get your money's worth trust me. Their not good with time either. Place is very disorganised STAY AWAY

I would give Sharon Driving School 0/5 stars if I could. I didn't do my research (severely regretting it now) regarding the school and signed my son up. The woman that owns the business and runs the office is abusive, explosive, rude, mean, and uncooperative. She is unreasonable, unprofessional, and unwilling to answer questions regarding pretty much anything. She hung up on me twice and my husband once when we tried to confirm information regarding our son's upcoming road test. She kept telling us to refer to the parent class my husband had attended 5 months prior. When I then tried to email her to confirm the information, she was insulting: 'Apprearatly somebody was not paying attention at all!' and 'YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT YOUR HEARING! TEST HAS BEEN CANCLED'. These are her words that I copied and pasted from her emails. She did cancel my son's road test without ever stating why. I've never had to deal with such behavior from an adult in a professional capacity. We had to take her to Small Claims Court to get our money back from the road test she chose to cancel. Please heed this warning!

My daughter took couple of lessons and passed her test on a first try. She took a test in Sharon. Road test was so easy, she was 100% prepared for a test. I will recommend this school to my friends

These people are RUDE and obnoxious. They cancelled my daughters appt 2 times and would not refund my money after they cancelled the appt for the third time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst driving school, the teacher was rude, not good at teaching or making his student feel comfortable. I've only had 3 driving lessons. With my instructor at parkway driving school I was driving like a natural. This teacher at sharon made me nervous to the extreme to where I couldn't focus. He also made a smart comment. You as a teacher CAN NOT keep yelling at your students or anyone regardless when driving. That can cause accidents, now I'm understanding what my parents always meant by that. He was so bad I pulled over and ended the lesson myself. I also feel like once I stepped foot in that car he automatically judged me by sight. At parkway driving school I felt none of this at all and was very good at driving and comfortable. Too bad they had to be booked that Friday. Worst teacher, worst experience. That school is a never and I recommend parkway driving school 100%. Don't go here.

I really wanted to give Gilly the benefit of the doubt when my daughter came home complaining of Gilly yelling at her during the driving instruction. My daughter was so terrified of her, but I made her complete the program. When I went back a year later to request documentation for completing the parent's class, she told me it was $20 just to print it out. I was shocked as I had already paid for the class and it was only a piece of paper. I did voice my complaint, but agreed to pay for it. I got out a $20 bill and tossed it on the desk beside her as she was getting the paper ready for the printer. She apparently thought I had thrown it at her as she yelled at me and threw the $20 on the floor at my feet. She then refused to provide me with the letter documenting I had taken the class. She was so rude and very volatile. I went home and apologized to my daughter for not believing her and making her complete the program. Not a good personality for kids that are just learning to drive and are likely nervous to begin with.

i am very disappointed in my dealings with the owner of the driving school.
She has showed me NO respect, starts arguments and cancels often.
When I signed up with her, she told me she would pick up and drop off in the town we live in and now she refuses to, she always has an excuse (we live in the very next town!)
With soo many driving schools out there I would never use her again.
PS I know 2 others families who are having the exact problems with Gilly.
I just hope my daughter passes the test as she asked me to wait until the test to write this review, but I couldn't wait.

I have had an awful experience. They consistently cancel my childs driving hours due to lack of staff. My child is ready but cannot fill the necessary driving hours because they keep canceling her. I will NOT use this company for another child. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

By far one of the worst driving schools save your money. It's not in west roxbury anymore it's in sharon. The teacher gita geta w.e is extremely disrespectful how are you supposed to learn if the person whose teaching you is rude it just makes the driver more nervous. The woman that owns the business and runs the office is abusive, explosive, rude, mean, and uncooperative. Worst driving school, the teacher was rude, not good at teaching or making his student feel comfortable. I've only had 3 driving lessons. I really wanted to give Gilly the benefit of the doubt when my daughter came home complaining of Gilly yelling at her during the driving instruction. My daughter was so terrified of her, but I made her complete the program. She has showed me NO respect, starts arguments and cancels often.
When I signed up with her, she told me she would pick up and drop off in the town we live in and now she refuses to, she always has an excuse (we live in the very next town!)
