Great instructors. Matt and Jeremy. Being an early two day weekend under the sun or rain for 6 hours being patient and teaching you the ways…i have to say that they love what the do and i appreciated the time and effort applied on not olny me but all students. Thanks, see you soon.

Contacted Pioneer Valley Rider Training to register for the basic rider training course as a way to get my M endorsement and stop riding on a permit. Was basically bullied into registering for a different course that I did not want or need and was told that there was no way I could possibly pass the basic riding course and that I would not be accepted into the basic rider course without taking this other course as pre-requisite. After getting off the phone with this person I spoke to a couple friends and family members who had a better experience than I had. They explained that they were not treated this way and that there were no pre-requisites to the basic rider course that they were aware of. I then went back to the website, which also does not list or mention any pre-requisites for the basic rider course and describes a class that meets my exact needs. I feel like the person I just spoke to tried to bully me into spending an additional several hundred dollars for something I do not want or need and I was subjected to predatory business practices to that end. Severely disappointed in this place. Not what I was expecting at all.

I had an excellent time taking the courses here and felt comfortable enough by the end of it to pass the test, woo!
The teachers were patient & knowledgeable. They explained things with great detail and had no problem answering any questions and explaining how certain mistakes could be worked on and improved.
I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to ride. Give them a call, the woman who answers the phone is also a wealth of knowledge, and so so sweet.

Had a great time in the BRC. John and Matt are amazing instructors and provided a fun and patient learning experience. I highly recommend PVRT to anyone starting out or looking to learn more.

Very thorough training and you get what you pay for. The instructors go out of their way to help you succeed with both classes ending one hour AFTER the scheduled end time. All three instructors had exceptional patience as I am 61 Years old and I passed my evaluation. I don’t own a Motorcycle yet and there is no way I could have passed a road test at the Registry without this training. Thank you Jo-, Il- , and An-

The teachers were patient & knowledgeable. They explained things with great detail and had no problem answering any questions and explaining how certain mistakes could be worked on and improved.
