THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD !!!! If I could give this place a zero I would! Absolutely terrible in every way. Almost impossible to get driving lessons, left emails and voicemails, no one calls you back. Payed for sponsor to take my son for his test, that is over a month late, that yelled at him before his test because he was wearing sandals and refused to let him take the test. When I tried talking to him after, he threw his head back and rolled his eyes. Never left the rmv. The guy asked him his hand signals and his fingers weren’t completely straight (but arms were correct!) so we had to reschedule to take the test in two weeks! Now I’m being told that it could be the same sponsor, I’d have to pay another $150 and pay the $85 for the test!! I was told, this is all common sense, because it is not written anywhere! This place just keeps taking your money and not doing their job. The woman on the phone said she’s trying to help me. Absolutely no help. If your sponsor yells at a 16 year old before a test for his shoes (that are not illegal to drive in) and never took the actual test, I believe you are more than capable of waiving the $150. TERRIBLE !! BEWARE !

They lack for driving instructors, I’m seeing driving lessons 3-4 months apart. So far my son had one, which was another student cancelling . At this rate you can expect over a year or more to finish....
They lack for driving instructors, I’m seeing driving lessons 3-4 months apart. So far my son had one, which was another student cancelling . At this rate you can expect over a year or more to finish. Had I checked their reviews, I would shopped around. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what I’m seeing in the time frame. They moved my son’s in classroom lessons from Wilmington to Reading for low class attendance, but then you got everyone stuck waiting to get driving lessons. Communication is spotty, sometimes you might get a response and other times your words fall on deaf ears. I was advised to check the driving lessons schedule to make my selection to open slots, great! That’s what I love to do in my busy life is check a non existent scheduling platform every day . Like I’m home weaving picnic baskets.

Class portion is amazing, However trying to actually book on the road lessons is a nightmare and impossible. Your better of with tripple A.
Also agganis tucks their mirrors in and makes it so you cant use them. I was also told we cannot use mirrors on the road test. After doing the road test today, the man failed me because i didnt use my mirrors (which i thought we were supposed to do). USE YOUR MIRRORS ON THE ROAD TEST. 🙄🙄. SMH!!!!!!

Find any other driving school. Agganis has over extended themselves and therefore never have any driving lessons available - you either have to have your child miss school or scramble for last minute cancellations that open up a slot. The staff will gaslight you and deny this is the case but they won't book any appointments for you. My son had about 90 fellow students in a singular two week online class session during the summer - throw in the other online sessions and you can imagine how many students are competing for the same lessons. Also we found the online lessons and required parent class consisted mostly of Chris Agganis talking about his life stories vs covering actual driving rules. I highly do not recommend them.

Please do not get influenced by the disgruntled reviews. We had NO issue getting driving lessons. Yes, it is true that slots are full online, however, if you and your child provide them your numbers, i promise you will get several texts with open times. They are awesome and thorough and want your child safe on the road. Drivers education is very costly in MA because they made it mandatory for anyone under 18. Therefore, the higher demand means higher cost. In the end, you really cannot put a price tag on safe driving. I highly recommend Agganis. Staff were receptive, kind, friendly and available for anything. My son did online classes over April vacation 2024 and passed his driving test the other day. There is an extra fee but i suggest paying to use an Agganis sponsor and car for the road test.

CAUTION - TAKES MONTHS TO GET DRIVING LESSONS SCHEDULED! Agganis does not have enough instructors to get driving time scheduled. It has taken months and still not completed. Getting a response to scheduling inquires takes days. Lots of unmet promises! This school has been nonstop frustration!

I went to Aggainis in Wilmington 13 years ago and to this day haven't had an accident or a ticket. In my opinion a very good driving school with extremely effective techniques.

Most of my driving lessons were with this guy Brian and he was great but all my other lessons never showed up so I would have to cancel and wait and wait and wait I turned to 18 ans still waiting this...

I don't know how you can call yourself a driving school when your cars have headlights and taillights out that's very unprofessional and unsafe. I have also seen cars being driven by the instructors and no one else in the car take illegal right turns with no blinker and have had multiple people cut me off. I understand it is a driving school and they are going to be mistakes but when instructors are driving dangerously with cars that are not up to road standards how can you teach other people how to drive. I have not taken any classes with these people but I do deliver pizza in the town of Wilmington and see these cars all the time. And I have seen countless headlights tail lights and brake lights out.

I do not want to give any rating but you might not see it, that's giving 1 start to get your attention.

Took a 90 min driving practice with them, and was only maybe 50 min of actual driving without any direction or help.
Then scheduled the road test and everyone I was with FAILED, for any little thing. The person with me failed because he "accelerated" too fast and me for getting on the road but the person giving it said I cut someone off when I was way away from it.
DON'T GO HERE, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T HELP.

We have three kids, and our third had the best experience for driving lessons at Agganis. They are professional and caring. Her drivers were helpful and supportive. They were a little more expensive but worth it. The Wilmington location is new and clean, bright and comfortable, even for the parents class. By the way, you only have to take the parents class once. I wish we had gone with Agganis for our older two. But price oftentimes dictates.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD !!!! If I could give this place a zero I would! Absolutely terrible in every way. Almost impossible to get driving lessons, left emails and voicemails, no one calls you back. Payed for sponsor to take my son for his test, that is over a month late, that yelled at him before his test because he was wearing sandals and refused to let him take the test. Yes, it is true that slots are full online, however, if you and your child provide them your numbers, i promise you will get several texts with open times. I don't know how you can call yourself a driving school when your cars have headlights and taillights out that's very unprofessional and unsafe. I have also seen cars being driven by the instructors and no one else in the car take illegal right turns with no blinker and have had multiple people cut me off. We have three kids, and our third had the best experience for driving lessons at Agganis. They are professional and caring. Her drivers were helpful and supportive. They were a little more expensive but worth it. The Wilmington location is new and clean, bright and comfortable, even for the parents class. By the way, you only have to take the parents class once. I wish we had gone with Agganis for our older two. But price oftentimes dictates.
