NOT A GOOD SCHEDULING SYSTEM hate to say this, but trying to scheduling behind the wheel driving appointment in the town of Yarmouth is nearly impossible. Unless you travel all the way to Marston Mills or Falmouth, where there’s a lot of drivers and a lot of open slots. Also during the week after school all the slots are pretty much taken as well, you literally have to what to be notify by email if someone canceled and the slot becomes available. We are told to get on the website Monday at 3 PM to get an appointment. What happens is the people that are able to get in at 3 o’clock? Take all the appointments until they get their schedule and then they start canceling. It’s a poor system so in the meantime, I feel like I’m trying to buy concert tickets on the internet Monday at 3 p.m., which I work and my Child works too so we can’t be on the website right at 3 o’clock Try calling and talking to someone is challenging as well. We had a great experience with Grand Prix. My 16-year old said that they "made learning how to drive as interesting as it can be". He said the instructors were very helpful and nice. I found that anytime I called with questions, they were happy to help me and gave me the information I needed. I also appreciated the ability to book my child's driving test through them. The whole process was very smooth. I would recommend Grand Prix to anyone who is signing up their child for lessons. Read Less

Thank You to Liam, Dave & John for helping me to achieve my Class D license on my first try today!! My recommendation to anyone who is nervous or is dreading the infamous “fail gail” to sign up for a couple of lessons with any of these instructors. Btw, Gail is NOT as bad as everyone thinks! She is fair and to me very respectful. I made some mistakes on my test but if she sees that you are a careful driver and are constantly doing your vertifications (Mirror, Mirror, Shoulde...r), then you should have no issue. RMV office wait times may vary so make sure to do your research ahead of time. My recommendation would be to obtain sponsorship from Grand Prix Hyannis. My only recommendation from this place would be to train office staff on better customer service skills but all in all my experience with this business has been very pleasant and I’m happy to say I am now a better and cautious driver because of it:) Thanks Grand Prix!!! I specifically chose Grand Prix driving school (after comparing rates & services with other listed driving schools in NYC) because of the breadth of services it had, the regular schedules and it's professionalism. - They were the school with the best and most consistent 5 hour class schedules. - They have a whole variety of classes for you to choose from.- They quickly called back regarding my schedule for driving test- Driving instructor Perry was extremely helpful and challenging to make sure I passed the test with flying colors.- Staff and managers are all very super helpful and accommodating.Just as a side note, the other schools I checked either had unhelpful staff members, unpredictable class schedules and higher rates.
