Guy was rude inconsistent and unprofessional. My daughter had a 145p appointment . We got there at 135p, sat there until 200 waiting for him. Didn't receive an email, text, call or anything to tell us he wasn't coming due to her permit being expired. We had to call him. Once we got her permit renewed and ready to take road test, we received not but rude, condescending, attitude from him. Told him we wanted to cancel and no further business will be done with him, and we would like a refund, he stated thats fine and I'll will refund you 35 out of the 75 we paid.
