So the scheduling of the test and ease of payment are the only reasons for the other two stars. Other than that, one or no stars. Vicky did the same thing to my son as she did to Tasha's kid per reading the Google reviews. Auto-fail right on red. Yes, she was writing during the test. No warnings at all. So he doesn't know where, because she didn't say anything until the test was finished. And also crucial parts of the pre-test inspection were missed or skipped. The horn was checked, but all lights were not checked, just the turn signal lights and brake lights. I'd think reverse lights would be something to be checked as well as front lights. No wipers were checked, and because it was starting to snow/sleet/hail, I think that would be important. Because I was sitting in the car watching everything in my rear-view mirror. Which leads me to the next check: Mirrors. To which my son said she only taught how to adjust the passenger side. I would think driver's side mirrors should probably be included if not done first, as well as rear view mirror. To use Vicky's words, "I can't ignore that." You know, after reading Tasha's and other reviews, I really feel like I got scammed. I would like a call from the owners regarding this and I will also be screening them since another reviewer said Vicky called and was rude. I will be letting our friends know of our experience and giving them a heads-up. Fast forward to today, if anyone needs a place to go for testing, Semi Academy in Lawton does driver testing and they were the greatest today. The older gentleman was old school but really put my son at ease, he said he passed with flying colors. Incidentally, when informed that the Complete Stop tester said to only use the mirrors to park and not being able to look behind you? After having 2 children take classes here. I was confident that when it became time for my 3rd child to take classes it would be just as good. However it was not. The instructor teaching the class were AMAZING. When it came time for the road tes . Things went south fast. Vicky (i could have misspelled the name), told my child to turn right at the light, as she approached the light, it was red, she started to slow down, at this time the instructor looked down to write something down. (I assume for the test), As my child approached the light it turned green, so she continued on with the turn. The instructor said nothing except gave her instructions as to where to turn next. Vicky ended up taking them back to the parking lot where they started. Once there she asked both my child and I If we knew why we were back there. Both of us clearly confused said No. She said that she had ran a red light. When we got home a phone called was made. On Monday Vicky called to speak to my wife as she is the one who left a message for the OWNERS to call back not her. (This is now the wife, on the phone Vicky was extremely rude. Informed me that 1) both my child and Husband were liars, 2) she would NEVER look down or write during a test. And she said "how could your husband know the light was green he was on his phone", people do more things then 1 at a time. More Importantly how would she know he was on his phone, not looking at the light and what was going on, if she had been watching the light. She was very rude. I took my first road test with them. The secretary is very nice and inform me about the road test schedule and preparation. She also gave me a road test book to learn. However I got a sad experience with the examiner. I got an automatic failure within 10 minutes drive. After that, She doesn't continue the test and asked me to reschedule the road test again. I lost my money and really sad with that. I do not want to argue about this, but failed in my road test seems like I can not drive. In fact, I am started my first drive when I am 20 and driving everyday in my country. Just one cent from me, if you want to take the road test with them, do not make any mistake in the road test. In parking test you have 6 points, however in road test you need to make it as perfect as you can. Good luck! Read Less
