Took payments from people for new classes. Knowing in a couple weeks they were going out of business and not providing those classes. Oh and they don't have the money to reimburse those who have paid for these fraud classes. If you have made a payment and out $500+, dispute your payment as fraud. Exactly what it is!!!

Has anyone else received an email today regarding this company basically going under. I find this very disturbing that they say they can't refund our money back because they don't have funding right now.. That sounds like a personal problem since you make your customers pre-pay so, it's time to figure this out & pay your customer back there money or there will be lawsuit's in no time! **See below the email I received today 7/25/25
To all future students of E-Z Way Driver Training & Driver Education The E-Z Way, Inc.:
We regret to inform you that E-Z Way Driver Training, Inc. & Driver Education The E-Z Way, Inc. will not be able to provide the driver training that you signed up for. We intend to complete driver training for the current class of July students, but we will not be able to continue after the current session has been completed.
Those students who have prepaid are entitled to refunds, and we are doing what we can to secure those refunds. The company does not now have funds to issue refunds.
The company was in business for 47 years, but a variety of factors, and most recently our inability to secure continued bank financing, led to the painful decision to cease operations. Our instructors and staff have provided excellent service, and the closure of the business is necessary despite the efforts of everyone involved to continue in operation.
For the E-Z Way Driver Training, Inc. area, L&L Driving School is one alternate source for driver training. Their August classes are full, but we hope that they will be able to hire many of our instructors and offer classes for students in the greater Kalamazoo/Portage area in the future.
We intend to inform you when and if we have identified a source of funding for refunds. Until then, we apologize that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries.
Once again, no new classes will be started after today.

I am highly impressed with the comprehensive education my daughter received at EZ Way. Observing the disparity in the level of instruction compared to a peer attending a different driving school, I am convinced of EZ Way's superior approach. Consequently, I would confidently select EZ Way for any future needs my children may have.

Today I had a test with examiner Jared and it was great. The communication was excellent, and he was always polite and respectful. That made me feel secured although I was still anxious throughout the test. Also I'm thankful to the lady for helping me with the appointment, she was very nice too. I recommend them.

We had an amazing experience! My son was in the middle of his class and fractured his foot. We had to reschedule his range drive not once, but twice. He had to have alternate accommodations for his testing and they were amazing with all of it! They never made me feel like we were an inconvenience, even though we truly were! All of the staff at the office were so kind and the instructors were friendly and absolutely amazing to work with. I will be bringing my daughter to them when she is ready!

The most unprofessional office staff I have ever had to deal with. Obnoxious, rude and very unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone! After being told by the owner that they could schedule make up classes for my child and to call the office the next day. I did this and the office would not do anything to help.

Awful, was given an obscure lication that was hard to find, causing me to be 5 minutes late, pretty common I think. Amid this I waited in the lot where nobody was waiting, only to find forty minutes later that the road tester went to get a coffee. Right; a forty minute coffee. Furthermore when I asked about the situation he wouldn't as much as give me his name. Then after the fact, they refused to refund most of my money. They paid me back $55 of $95.

This was a terrible experience! Take your son or daughter anywhere else because this place is really unprofessional and rude the driving instructors are rude ...They failed my brother on his road test...
This was a terrible experience! Take your son or daughter anywhere else because this place is really unprofessional and rude the driving instructors are rude ...They failed my brother on his road test and said he was doing a great job and the time of the test, the man was completely unprofessional and when I got it rescheduled they charged me $52 dollars for the retake which I would have been fine with other than the second time the people said I had to be his parent, but I am his legal guardian so in the first 10 mins of being there they said No he cant take the test but they let me the first time and then when I called to ask if I could have a refund the lady said no after telling her the situation she returned $17 back to me because she had to pay the lady for the full hour, when I asked to talk to a manager she said there wasn't a manager and that she would let me talk to any person higher up than her. I would like to talk to Mr. Bill Wagner to let him know how is employees are!

I just want everyone to know how unprofessional EZ-Way Driving is. I PRE-PAID for my son to take segment 2 at Gobles High School in December of 2014. We forgot until today and went down to the class to get my son set up. Instead of EZ-Way driving calling me to let me know they filled the class with another student. The class is now maxed out and this was my son's last chance to take this class that we can get to till he is 18 in June to get his Drivers licenses. So I just set fire to the other $600.00 I paid them for segment I and they do not care.

Instead of EZ-Way driving giving us a courtesy call they filled the class with another student and maxed the class out. This was my son's last chance to take this class that we can get to till he is 18 in June to get his drivers licenses. So I just set fire to the other $600.00 I paid them for segment I. They said they sent me a reminder email but I never got it.

I would give it no star if i could. the instructor told me that i will not be penalized while re positioning during parallel parking. however, took points off when i repositioned and totally lied about that. his name is Nate. Also the staff is not co operative. the take off one or two point as they wish as a penalty. The place is awful and they have too much power to manipulate

Today I had a test with examiner Jared and it was great. The communication was excellent, and he was always polite and respectful. We had an amazing experience! My son was in the middle of his class and fractured his foot. We had to reschedule his range drive not once, but twice. He had to have alternate accommodations for his testing and they were amazing with all of it! They never made me feel like we were an inconvenience, even though we truly were!
