I went to this class the teacher is very kind and I haven’t gotten in a crash yet the only thing that’s bad is that the teacher is a little too cute and it’s distracting

If I could give this school a 0, I would. I have never driven before, yet he yelled at me because I didn’t know what to do. Not only did he tell me that it was ok to hit animals because “god made more”, he also said homophobic comments along with racist jokes surrounding Asian people. Moreover, he went on rants about keeping skinning knives in your car and hunting. He informed me I would “pass the class” if I brought him a dead deer. I do not recommend this class unless you want your child to be fearful of the road.

The teacher is very rude and not understanding of other students learning difficulties… on our first drive he took students that had never drove before on the freeway and the Brighton roundabouts where he began to yell at them because they did not understand what todo at the roundabouts or freeway. he would yank the wheel and began saying how bad they were doing on they’re first time driving… it made me very nervous to drive. Not good driving school at all

As a student that went to this driving school for about a week Todd (the teacher) was very rude… when I told him that I couldn’t hear him and that I was hearing impaired he started going crazy saying “you’re not hearing impaired you don’t wear hearing aids” “my daughters hearing impaired” and had lots to say on the phone call when we asked for our money back saying “he asks question after every sentence” overall he runs a terrible school and I would not recommend to anyone.

I would have rated this a 0 had I been able to. I've contacted this company several times and it always goes to voicemail and then says the voicemail is full ,no way to leave a message. I emailed with no response. The driver's Ed teacher Mr.Penoyer has harassed my son everyday since the start of drivers ed on Monday. He was told he asks to many questions. This is a teaching class and questions should be allowed. My son told him he had a hearing issue and Mr. Penoyer said he didn't have trouble hearing because he didn't have hearing aids. REALLY? So unprofessional. That was all addressed in front of the class. I called to explain my sons situation and Mr. P was very unprofessional. I felt like I was addressing a child. I have been in customer service management for 40 years. I stay calm and not accusatory, just wanted to explain the situation. He was out of control and said he has been teaching drivers ed for 35 years. Guess he knows all, and there is no room for growing. Alot has changed in 35 years. Rather than address me, and the situation, he just wanted to kick him out and refund the $450, I guess its easier than trying to understand my position. We are getting a refund and going elsewhere. So sad his first driving experience was so horrible! Mr p says I will get a check in the mail. We will see how good his word is. Will be going to small claims court if we don't receive a full refund.

If I could give this school a 0, I would. I have never driven before, yet he yelled at me because I didn’t know what to do.
