Very trifling and unprofessional behavior. She doesn't respect our time but wants us to respect hers. My son had a driving session this evening and she never made contact with him or us, nor did she show up. We were outside of the building waiting for 30 minutes and my husband had to leave for an important appointment when all we were trying to do was drop our son off so he could complete his second to last driving session. This is a scam if you ask me. She told our son that he had to pay his balance today, but she did not show up, and he was ready to pay. She does not respond to calls, emails or text messages. One of the only times she responded to my son was in regards to money. We paid for our son to learn how to drive and he was ghosted today. If you are not going to move in an ethical manner, then give us our money back. I would not recommend this school as the teacher has displayed a poor attitude from the very beginning, and this experience has been less than stellar. This type of behavior would provoke anyone to consider going to small claims court. Don't come here if you want quality service.

Was unimpressed by the car I was behind being trained, but not due to the lack of skill from the new driver. Although it was a subpar driving performance. Issue was with the vehicle being used headlight on the passenger side was out and looked a bit beat up. Is it a ruse to ensure new drivers check operational road safety equipment? If so… fail I guess but I assume laziness of the fleet maintenance.

Sent my daughter and my brother there. They both said Ms Robinson was the best teacher around hands down. Affordable and knowledgeable will 10/10 recommended this driving school. Now they are both starting segment 2 soon.

My son took classes here. The instructor was great. She helped him work on any issues he had driving. The instructor told us to let her know what areas he struggled with and she helped correct them. The instructor is very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this school.

I went to this driving school approximately 4-5 years ago and I absolutely loved the class and Mrs. Robinson. She was an awesome instructor and really knew how to connect with her classmates. She also remembers former students of hers as my younger brother just took his driving course there and she asked him how I was doing. Keep up the great work!!

This is by far the worst driving school. They don't set limits on their class sizes then over fill the classes.. using that as an excuse to provide the students subpar education. The instructor is extremely rude and not professional. Avoid this driving school at all cost.

Excellant Driving School is awesome!! The Owner/Instructor Denise Robinson is top notch. Ms. Robinson is very professional and did a great job at teaching my 14 year old daughter Jaime how to drive. Jaime was always eager to go to Ms. Robinson's class because not only did she do a great job at teaching her how to drive but she made the class interesting as well. My daughter is a really good driver and I thank Ms. Robinson for her leadership skills, patience, punctuality and offering top notch service. Juanita R. Roye(Livonia, MI)

My son took classes here. The instructor was great. She helped him work on any issues he had driving. The instructor told us to let her know what areas he struggled with and she helped correct them. The instructor is very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this school.
