The experimenter is the best one. He talks to you while driving about hobbies, family, education, life, etc.,, making the atmospheres relaxing and enjoyable during the road test. The parking test is the easiest ever; if one does a great job, it takes 2 minutes only. There's a gas station near the school which its staff fix lamps for a few dollars. Best Driving School in this area, period!  Both my daughters went through DE with this school.  My youngest just finished her road test.  All office personnel are professional and are fully and well equipped to handle everything that one needs to know regarding SoS driving in MI. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for! For my youngest child, I made sure to research all DE Schools in this area.  They weren't much cheaper and I already had good experience with Mr.R's.  My oldest is 30 years old now and the price hasn't been raised in all this time.  This school is...  Super helpful! I scheduled to take a road test and this was my experience.The youngest so called "instructor" walked in right at my time to take the test, with lunch in hand. He did not allow my father to accompany myself to the 1st part of the test. I passed the parking test easily in my first attempt but I somehow accumulated 6 points parallel parking. He then tried to explain what happened, but he kept forgetting how and why I lost points. I then took the test at another school and passed without missing a point. Don't test with them. Its all about the $. I however strongly reccomend Humphrey Driving School in Corunna. They were great!! Read Less

Excellent Driving School. "AL" was my driving tutor and he was excellent and he patiently helped me through my entire driving course. I don't agree with the negative reviews above, i was taught with full dedication by the tutor and never felt that i was being ripped off. The lesson class is not good, they do not tell you anything ""every thing good"", but when you give an exam they will find alot of mistakes....I tried three lessons...everytime the lesson were good..they suggested to go for test...but failed test three times...I will not go for test three again....They do not consider anything .... I had bad experience with them. I did practice for 8 months. Then I took 1 lesson and the old guy told that you are doing great. Then I did an exam, but failed. The I asked for explanation of my faults. I did a practice class again with R. Again they said you are good, then appeared in exam, they failed again. They do not comment or teach alot in practice sesson however fail in exam, of course they can find few faults ...no practicing driver can be perfect ........I think it is all busness policy. I tried 3 practice lessons followed by 3 exams, I will never go there again !!! Read Less

Although they provide free second time exam, but it is not worth...they fail more than other driving insitutes. They failed me for four times, without any major fault...they do not consider good driving is possible only with practice which build up in 6 months but six years. Nobody can learn for six years.
