Wow - We should’ve looked at the reviews before giving this place our business. My friend had to take a road test & after paying the guy over $100, he had her do the parallel parking, etc., as per usual, but he had the cones so that they were literally over the lines, which how many cars will be like that in real life & if they are, you wouldn’t be able to parallel park there & then he was literally screaming at her, then he failed her & wouldn’t even do the road test! I got it on video - extremely rude, he got a 68 yr old woman’s money whose husband passed away & drove everywhere, so she hadn’t renewed her license in years, but wanted to start driving again. Absolutely B.S, & what a nice profit for him - not even 10 minutes, screamed at her, made her nervous & she didn’t even get to do the road test. So many reviews saying how rude, etc., they are tells you all you need to know!

My daughter lost her segment 2 certificate. I tried to have her get a copy from Mrs K to learn from it. She was given one day within a one hour timeframe from a location 30 minutes from her school while she was still at school/sports to pick it up and when she did not, the new pick up day was another 4 weeks out. After several messages between them, I intervened and spent 10 days texting Mrs K asking if I could get a virtual or mailed copy. I offered to pay her the $10 fee she requested plus postage etc. I was told that I needed several pieces of documentation to obtain it if my daughter wasn’t present, special permission from her and repeatedly reminded there was a $10 fee which my daughter agreed to. I assumed they were being charged from the state of MI to obtain a copy. After almost 6 weeks of attempting to get this certificate, I contacted the state of Michigan, explained what happened and they gave me a copy within an hour virtually and at no cost. They attempted to contact the company first to resolve it but they only had 6 business hours Monday-Fri and they were “closed for the week” on Wednesday. Mrs K lied to my daughter and myself about the process to obtain a copy per the state. I was encouraged to file a complaint. She was rude to my daughter and to me despite the fact we were both kind and professional. My daughter also had a very bad experience in class.
At the end of the day when you pay a business there should be some level of service and cooperation. My daughter and I shouldn’t be bullied to get a copy of her certificate and kids shouldn’t be belittled in class.

Must come to him for your driving test. 👌
Mr. Dave was highly professional and took my driving test very seriously at the same time. He kept his patience.
(Not like other school instructors, they sout & clear intension is to make money from you that's it.)
But here, the instructor is not like them.
He was very understanding.
If you know rules, proper driving, know what to do & don't, everything.
Then, he will make you pass for the license.
Also, if you have any mistakes, he will tell what & how to improve.
Highly recommended.😊

Today I had a road test and my instructor was Dave. He is very professional and calm. If you make any mistake he won’t shout or won’t make you uncomfortable. He tells you very calmly and politely. Overall my experience was 100/100. Thank you Dave. I 100% recommend this institute. (And I passed my test)

My son just took his road test with Pete tonight. I would give Pete 10 stars if I could. He was kind and informative to myself and my son. He spoke to us as though he truly cared for the wellbeing ...
My son just took his road test with Pete tonight. I would give Pete 10 stars if I could. He was kind and informative to myself and my son. He spoke to us as though he truly cared for the wellbeing of my son and his nerves with taking a driving test. All of his directions were completely clear and given with plenty of time to make adjustments. He was fair with his assessment and gave my son very good feedback and sound advice on what he could do better, as well as complimenting him on what he did well. This was not my first experience with a road test, however, it was by far the best! It was night and day to my previous experience. Directions on where to be and what to bring were extremely clear, and the price was lower than what I expected. I am very grateful for Pete and the environment he provided while my son took his road test. He also was able to schedule me fairly quickly. I would highly recommend Pete and Premiere Driving Academy for your road test needs!

I took my road test with Keith and he was really funny yet professional. he made me feel comfortable driving because I was so nervous. I spoke with Dan and Larry over the phone to schedule a road test and both guys were really nice over the phone. (went with Keith because his schedule worked better with mine) I heard horror stories about how mean some instructors are but these guys seem very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place!! :-)

I chose St. Louis Church location (it was the closest to my house), and I also used their vehicle for the test - it was a huge black ...
I took my road driving test last week with them, and it was great!
I chose St. Louis Church location (it was the closest to my house), and I also used their vehicle for the test - it was a huge black new Chevy truck (with rear camera :-)).
The instructor's name was Larry, a very nice person, made me feel less anxious and more relaxed. He was on time (actually early).
As I am foreigner, I was looking for an American driving school, so I won't have additional stress because I can't understand what is asked of me due to accents or bad English.
The test was very thoroughly, took almost an hour, and it went very smooth.
All in all, a very good experience.

Mr. Dave was highly professional and took my driving test very seriously at the same time. He kept his patience.
(Not like other school instructors, they sout & clear intension is to make money from you that's it.)
But here, the instructor is not like them.
He was very understanding.
If you know rules, proper driving, know what to do & don't, everything.
Then, he will make you pass for the license.
Also, if you have any mistakes, he will tell what & how to improve.
Highly recommended.😊

My son just took his road test with Pete tonight. I would give Pete 10 stars if I could. He was kind and informative to myself and my son. He spoke to us as though he truly cared for the wellbeing of my son and his nerves with taking a driving test. All of his directions were completely clear and given with plenty of time to make adjustments. He was fair with his assessment and gave my son very good feedback and sound advice on what he could do better, as well as complimenting him on what he did well. This was not my first experience with a road test, however, it was by far the best! It was night and day to my previous experience. I took my road test with Keith and he was really funny yet professional. he made me feel comfortable driving because I was so nervous. I spoke with Dan and Larry over the phone to schedule a road test and both guys were really nice over the phone.
