They cancelled the class said they would refund my daughters money we cannot get ahold of anyone..... What's going on??

I had a bad experience about a year ago where he had failed me before I even got out of the parking lot. This was disheartening because I would drive there during the weekends and practice with my dad...
I had a bad experience about a year ago where he had failed me before I even got out of the parking lot. This was disheartening because I would drive there during the weekends and practice with my dad.
My dad made me pay for the next test out of my own money, which was understandable. I was constantly berated on the road and there were some things he was saying that I knew were wrong. By the end of the test he told me he would "be nice" and pass me even though I knew I was a careful driver. The experience kept me from driving up until the next college semester.
Normally I wouldn't report in one bad review, but I was in the car with my friend, the four of us all went here- All failed on the first try and passed the second time; We all also got the "Well, I will pass you because I am being nice." spiel.
The old guys a joke. I really do think he's scamming people by failing them on purpose the first time, but what do I know. Despite having crippling anxiety on the road still, I've never been in a crash and have never came close.

Definitely would "NOT" recommend them & will "NOT" use Douglas for my next 2 kids. I have waaay to many complaints for the short time that my daughter went here. I can sum it up in a matter of 1 word ...
Definitely would "NOT" recommend them & will "NOT" use Douglas for my next 2 kids. I have waaay to many complaints for the short time that my daughter went here. I can sum it up in a matter of 1 word "UNPROFESSIONAL!"

My daughter was taught by Mrs Douglas and did not learn much at all. The class was rescheduled and canceled with short notice. Over all I was not pleased. The driving instructor left a lot to be desired and to be honest reminded me of Bevis and Butt head. I had two other children go through drivers training with MG driving academy and felt they were prepared for the road after segment 1. After our experience with Douglas we chose a different school for segment 2 and paid for extra drive time. I say choose anyone but Douglas
